I’ll never recommend wave to anyone. I been dealing with internet problems for several months and they will not help me. Wave will feed you a line of BS just to make them look good. I feel like I get the run around because I live on Camano Island and wave is the only one that provides internet. If there’s someone else I hope someone tells me please. Wave I hope that you’ll read my message. Because you’re one big JOKE!!!

Horrible customer service. I called to make some changes and I was on hold for 2 hours and a few seconds when I finally gave up on the call. This was my third attempt both on hold over half an hour until I was determined to talk to them. My reason was to upgrade channels because for $200.00 a month for net and tv we got very few channels we wanted to watch. No ESPN, no hallmark, no motor trend etc. finally I just packed up their eqmt and took it all to them in person and disconnected. Switched to Centurylink and all is good now.

I was gravely misled. I thought I could monitor my monthly usage better, instead I was coaxed into agreeing to a cheaper package and to my demise I find out my bill was doubled at the end of the month and I used less data than previous months. Their new billing system is a disaster wouldn’t recommend using their service. I will cancel as soon as I find an different service.

I have been trying to cancel my service for 2 weeks now due to spotty service. At first whenever I called (didn’t matter what time of day) it said wait time is over 20 minutes please hold while we transfer you and it would just hang up. Now when I finally do get passed through I’m on hold SO FAR for 45 minutes. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS. They will set you up and give you a good price for 6 months and then the price doubles and they won’t talk to you again.

Wait time for customer service is over 2 hours. They schedule a *day* to come out -- you're waiting in a 12-hour window. Then they don't show and tell you they'll be there the next day. Show up and supposedly knock (don't ring the doorbell) and leave a hangtag. No name so you don't know who to blame. Frustrating beyond measure. If anything else was available, we'd be on it immediately, even if we had to pay more.

Wave Broadband is a horrible ISP. Steer clear if you can. Don't be fooled by their promo offers, they will still manage to inflate your bill (I got a $15/mo high speed internet offer for 3 months, and was surprised to see my bill at $28.75/mo for some reason). Their customer support is agonizing - I've had to wait on hold for at least an hour every time I call.

Probably the worst ISP I have ever dealt with. Inflates bills. Lucky to get even close to half the speed you pay for. Their tech showed me that he was able to get 948 mbps on his equipment, affirmed my router and modem were top of the line, hit 97-98 routinely with him here. The next day, back to mid 40's. No changes on my end. I am supposed to pay 100% of the bill for 40% of the service? Not a chance.

Price originally was fifty dollars, ended up being over 70 dollars. Had their modem forced upon me when the one I owned would have worked just fine. Tech who installed the service said the modem was, "Only ten dollars..." That's ten dollars a month for something I didn't NEED to purchase! My download speed increased noticeably the first night. Then it was slower than with Centurylink.

Absolutely terrible! In the last week I have spent almost 3 hours on hold just waiting for technical support. The 1st issue, they cut off my internet as the modem, which worked fine all month, needed to be provisioned again. That took two hours! Now, all my cable boxes have no service. Now 30 minutes into another hold. What is going on with this company. Can't any service work consistently!!!

My bill June 2019 bill was 65% higher than the previous month. Today I called their customer service number and was on hold for TWO HOURS & 15 MINUTES waiting for the customer service team, so I could dispute the charge. After 10 dismal years with Comcast, known to be the worst in the industry regarding customer care, I can honestly say this is worse than anything I experienced with them as a provider. Horrible customer care.

By far the worst internet I’ve ever had. Between the slow internet and the equipment having to be unplugged and re plugged back in it has been a night mare. Constant problem, being billed twice, charged for cable that we never had or signed up for. Pretty frustrating when you crawl into bed to watch a movie but nothing works so you have to waste 15 min walking down stairs restarting everything then hoping it’ll work.

They use to be alright. Since they have been expanding... now $6.95 convenience fee if customer service rep takes your payment. Hold times are rediculous... In 2 calls I waited over 2.25 hours... ot minutes hours.. time I woll not get back. Rates have skyrocketed. $335/ mo ...don’t have but 3 TV and not their fastest internet. This is NOT a premium package.

Wavecable cannot deliver. I've been a customer for 13 years only because they are the only service provider in our area. Internet is always going down and runs slow when it is connected despite the fact that I am on the highest service available. I am typing this review on my iPhone because the internet services is down AGAIN!!!! Cable TV is frequently freezing up and pixeling and our land line had been down for a week because they couldn't get a Tech out here to fix it. It you have any other service providers in your area, contact them and stay away from wavecable!!

Wave is terrible. They don't give the promise speeds and every few months the hardware stops working and goes down every day. They send a tech to replace the parts, it works for a few weeks, then starts going down again. Stay clear.

Spotty, unreliable connection. It should not take days to fix problems. Customer service is personable, but once they leave the service does not work. I think there are more issues with infrastructure that they cannot fix, and are not honest about it.

I am a full time student confined to online learning. The internet is spotty when it works. I has been completely down for the third time this week. I have to take an exam today but I can't because the internet is down again. Yet they charge top dollar, for service they don't reliably provide.

I have been a Wave Broadband customer for 27 yrs. They used to have great CS. Now they don't even answer the phone. I am on the Internet trying to find out what's going on and lots of complaints about the same thing. How can you get customer support if no one Ever answers the phone?I don't know what's going on.

Data caps not in line with 2018/9. Milking us for extra money almost every month recently. We stream some 1080 movies but 2 person household no gamers we are over almost every month. My Asus router usage does not match their numbers. Tired of fighting them just ordered service withanother provider. Wave sucks. Bye bye 2/1.

Wave says they pride themselves on great customer support. I’ve been on hold now for a little over an hour. If this is great customer support, I would absolutely hate to see what poor support looks like. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. I’m completely disgusted with this cable provider.

I pay over $200 a month for phone/internet/cable. Started having problems with connectivity about 6 months ago. Dropped calls, or no phone service at all. Internet unavailable and low signal. Have had techs out 3 times. Complete inconvenience! Problem still exists.

I stream 2 hours a night with Amazon Prime and I'm constantly going over my data limit by 10-15 GB. What a hassle. BTW...their email notifications when you hit 80% & 90% usage don't work.

Constant conection problems. Buffering on a regular basis. Billing issues. Horrible customer service..i.e. 2 hrs on hold only to be transferred. But...if you call new service you get an operator immediately. Dont purchase their service. They're always in denial as is a common practice with large corporations. PUC will hear from us soon.

Took over a week to install internet, then another 4 days for TV. TV tech was rude and got mud everywhere. So far speed is almost 50% slower than the package I'm paying for (paying for 250, getting 125-150).

Didn't realize I was paying for the high speed 250 internet package. Ran tests today at 7am, 10am and 7pm and got speeds of 67/11, 74/11 and 32/11. What a scam!
