We have had Vivint Internet for many years. The internet service is okay. Occasionally it will run slow but they seem to rectify the problem in a timely manner.

I live in an area that only allows two Internet providers and Vivint is one of them. We chose them because the price was better, but quickly found out that it wasn't as fast or as reliable as we had needed it to be.

It's slow, and does not work half the time. While the customer service is nice, they are not given the tools to fix people's issues. Honestly, almost any other internet service out there is better

poor, poor service. we paid for 25mpbs/month. never had more than 6mbps so we switched providers...they refused to refund 22 days of unused service. They are as useless as a flat tire.

I was only getting speeds of 10-15 mbs on a good day when they advertise 60 mbs. Connection ALWAYS drops and when you call customer service expect to be on hold for minimum 20 minutes

We had Vivint internet for about a year and it was horrible. My husband got sold in our driveway to a salesman, and we regretted it within a weak. Our service was unreliable and would constantly go out.
