Horrible is an understatement. Speeds are terribly slow, prices are ridiculously high, service is very bad, but by far the worst issue is they shut three service off periodically and say there's an outage in your area. The outage is them shutting it off bc they're broke due to inability to manage their company. Funny how after i called the Ohio attorney general on them the outages stopped for a year. Now they're back at it again. This company is extremely corrupt and needs shut down or sold immediately

The actual service works well.the sells person was horrible.such a liar.then a coward when I called him on the carpet.and the tech was no help.in and out in a hot minute.didnt care rather it was all up and running or not.i have vision issues.thank goodness I have family to help because windstream could care less.i only have them so I can get tv.as thats really my entertainment.

Absolutely the worse service I've ever had. My internet has barely worked for 3 weeks. Technician stated twice they fixed it and never showed up. The last time he switched the modem and now the internet is worse that it was before. I pay for the highest package for the fastest speed and I cant even watch a show on my firestick (when it's the only thing connected to my internet), but yet there's nothing that they can "see is wrong". Absolute and complete garbage.

Because you can never get ahead with any provider because they expec t pymnt before you get service im al ways behind even if i double pymnt i still get double bill every month but to be part of society you have to have internet for jobs just about everything and also always lose service daily they nevrr fix issues but other providers sre no better

Slow Ping time 6 times the average. Scheduled some one to check it 5days from calling in! This is awful to do with out internet you pay for for no service or care. Been a customer for forty years and will not be much longer. Stay away from this company!!

Very rarely actually get the 15 mbps that I am paying for. Have been w them for 25 years and their services have sucked the whole time. The ONLY reason i have stayed with them is because i live in a rural area that only offers windstream, unfortunately.
