Unhappy in Millington Millington, TN
I’ve been a customer of Ritter for three years and my bill has steadily increased. The only choices I have is satellite tv that can’t provide a good choice for internet. I have to call and have my box’s rebooted every two weeks because I’m blocked out of all but ten channels. Now I have to wait till Monday to have a tech come to the house. When I call about my bill increasing or problems I’m basically told to suck it up. I feel that if there’s a no compete law in my area someone should be protecting the consumer from being taken advantage of.
Just another Millington Tn. Resident getting screwed!

It is DSL so it is very slow and I am at the end of the hub so when many are online at times I can barely us my computer.

Horrible customer service, horrible speeds for what they make you pay, is my only option in my area strongly not recommended.
