Necessary evil. Wifi is sub par. Even after upgrading to 1 gig. Had service man install tv service, then customer service told me it wasn't included in my services.

Nobody I know likes Comcast. It's cheap, the customer service is HORRIBLE, and they monopolize areas forcing people to use them whether they like it or not. Their are constant outages with long down times.
