The product is great. The company is shady. Price isn't great. Really don't like that they are the ones with the best internet because I don't like the company. I hate that they are part of the dirty dozen companies, but my apartment only uses this company. Customer service is bad.

I cancel my Account over 30 days ago and still fighting with them to get over 200 dollar credit refunding back to me. There auto answering system is the Worst There customer service is the worst. They over charge and customer loyal dose not exist. Do not do business with this company!

The absolute worst. Its unbelievable that in a company that size that you can call and answer 25 things on the call tree and still not get to a single person. What happened to customer service?? Every other utility i called, I spoke to and completed my cancellation request in 2 minutes or less. I would recommend finding another option!!

Anyone that has to deal with Xfinity, GOOD LUCK! THIS IS THE WORSE BUSINESS/CORPORATION EVER! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Had an issue with a 4k box and they could not help at the store(no manager on site), chat or on the phone( spoke to a supervisor). If we did not pay them through our Hoa I would not have them.

Service is horrible. I set up 2 appointments to service my on off internet. They never called and neither even showed up. Overall I have spent almost 4 hours on the phone to get those appointments. They didn’t even call the next day to follow up. HORRIBLE. Why doesn’t the CEO call like a regular customer to see how horrible it is

Completely unreliable. Customer service is over seas and has no clue what they are doing half the time. 99% of the time they tell you to unplug your device in restart. Absolutely no accountability to how crappy their service is. If you have another option dont go with Xfinity or anything Comcast

Comcast must really be in bad financial shape for you to resort to charging a fee to customers for discontinuing their service contract after YOU broke the contract by providing a subpar service which went down multiple times a day nearly putting a small business out of business. Receive bills rarely over the last 8 months and get charged late fees for not receiving a bill. I started printing them out from the website and sending them in but now am being told they don’t receive the check in the mail. Will be moving very shortly and will hopefully never have to deal with this company again.

We have been with Comcast for years. Within the last 6 months we have had to have 3 modems replaced because we keep losing out internet. The TV also freezes or pixelates. Now on our 3rd day of no cable and no internet. Not sure what us going on but I am done with Comcast!

Horribly customer service, no way to contact a human. Automatic phone systems tells you to just make the changes online, but the website isn't working with no way to reach someone to assist. Can't email them and the live chat agent just speaks in circles.

I work from home and generally spend 1 day a week troubleshooting internet with customer service being worthless. They constantly raise rate for the same service and you are held hostage to limited area providers. I would use any other option if I could.

Worst company. Customer service sucks. They put their machines to text you , so they won’t have to deal with you. They rip you off after paying the extra fee for breaking the contract a month before it’s over and still charge you the next month like you still have service and don’t want to pay you back . Terrible, I lost internet connection for a month and they still charged me. Then when I cancelled my account, I get an $80 early cancellation fee two months later without warning or having anything in writing saying there were any fees. Never using again.

They try to talk about the weather in your area when all you want to do is pay the cancellation fee. First guy said I could pay it after 24 hours of canceling. The next lady said it could take 30 days for them to figure out the prorated amount. It’s simple math people. It shouldn’t take a month to run some numbers.

Great customer service, not good wifi service. I loose connection at all times of the day. Have gotten a new modem, have had everything tested. I work from home, this interferes with meetings with customers. Unacceptable.

Very bad customer service. I’m disabled was on the disabled line and the women was not helpful and I had to get what she said ! I’m stuck for 2 years and I can’t even get on my internet !!!!!!! be VERY Careful is your disabled because they don’t help you at all . I have a contract for 2 years I’m unable to use.

I've been with Comcast since 2000 never had experience as bad as today's internet service. Ever since they passed the law for the internet users, Comcast went downhill. I can't wait for Elon Mask internet service, its probably far better and reasonable price than Comcast ugh.

Considering we’re currently going through a pandemic and a lot of the US population is now working from home, internet service and quality needs to be better. The prices are high when you take into account that you’re paying for the internet not to work, then paying more on your phone bill because you have to use your hotspot.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Everyday for the past three weeks my internet stopped working because of an “outage” when I call I do not get to speak to a person and they just hang up. I will be switching providers immediately. I refuse to continue paying to not have my internet work.

TERRIBLE!! Internet constantly goes out and when we call customer support we sit on on hold for 2 hours. Then we have to wait about 4 day for someone to come and check it out. We've gotten new routers like 5 times and the internet still goes off and on all the time. When it goes it , it goes out about an hour and 20 minutes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

As soon as people tried to cut the cord and use Comcast only for internet service and switch to streaming, Comcast started limiting traffic, so now I have to pay them an additional $50 a month for unlimited service. Now that Vodafone and T-Mobile are introducing broadband service, they are suspending the unlimited charge.

Worst internet service I've ever experienced. I've only been a customer for less than a month, I've yet to experience a week of continuous service. I've called numerous times, I've even been sent a new router:modem, no difference. If I had not already paid, I would have already dropped this service provider.

They're the worst! They advertise things they can't deliver on. I just upgraded to 1k Mbps and it's slower than what I had before, but with a increase and I'm dropping from $30 zoom mtgs right in the middle of shelter in place work. If there was a guaranteed better service I'd drop these guys like a bad habit. They STINK!

@Xfinity has become terrible. It started out good but looks like Comcast influence is taking over. Three routers but connection keeps dropping. 15 hours with customer service. They keeping bouncing my calls and sending me in circles. Just the marketing slogans "got you covered" is not sufficient.

Horrible horrible horrible experience. The call center sold me 2 landlines and the installer said thst comcast can only install 1 landline. 4 people later I finally get the contract canceled but now it's going to take 30 days to get my deposit back. According to the supervisor , they have to get the money from the Federal Reserve.
