The notifications I receive are useful however I am unable to view any notifications in the mobile app. I have to log onto the website on my computer to be able to accurately view the notifications and alerts.

I find this the easiest site to read and understand our if all the ones out there. It is also one of the major companies used for credit inquiries.

We were given credit watch service since our info was hacked. Experian was very helpful in sending notifications for any inquiry to our credit.

You can talk to anyone on the phone, you can't log on to the app or online. They charge you monthly for poorly executed apps and online log in. They will leave you holding to no avail

I have protectmyid and had my identity stolen. False 2015 income tax reports were filed, and my credit cards were used fraudulently. All the while protectmyid showed no activity. Don't waste your money.

Experian is a joke. They charge you monthly for a piece of paper that is not acurate! they owe me money and because their very small print says that they can charge my account that I will not be getting refunded.

I can't get access to my account on their portal. They haven't sent any updateds on my account since I open it 2 months ago thru email. Now I can't get into it with the password I gave it. Customer service number goes into automation and hangs up on you. Don't buy this crap! I got it because they breached my info.
