My wife and I are very comfortable and confident that Visa's ID protection procedures provides the complete protection needed for us to use the card at Costco, any other retail store, gas stations, restaurants and when traveling.

I had my MasterCard used by someone who took it from my purse in a school teacher coat room. When I realized that the student involved had made a purchase (at a store that I would never even go to), I contacted VISA. They were empathetic, understanding my angst about an $810. purchase I hadn't made. The money was put back in my account. As for the student, well! I don't really know what consequences resulted.

I like this I'd protection because it paid for some fraudulent charges that someone charged on my account. I still don't know to those day who it was but one thing I do know and that is that I was reimbursed for the charges. The customer service rep was super helpful too

Their process is a little bit tougher to deal with when you have been frauded. They want all the details, proof, etc. Which how the heck would you know all of the details of who ever frauded you and when n where, you just know the transactions. So I gave them as much information as I possibly could and they did eventually help get most of the fraud off of my account, but IMO there are better companies out there. This was years ago, so I don't know if their policies have changed since when I was with them.

I lost my card during a recent vacation. The Visa representatives cancelled and reissued my card prior to vacation ending. More importantly Visa's representatives assured me I wouldn't be responsible for unauthorized charges.

My wife and I are very comfortable and confident that Visa's ID protection procedures provides the complete protection needed for us to use the card at Costco, any other retail store, gas stations, restaurants and when traveling.

I love my Visa ID Protection. I love that its a service with my visa credit card, combined in my billings. I like how I am safeguarded all the time from identity theft and for an economical fee.

I really appreciate Visa's active approach to ID protection. When I had fraud on my Visa card, they were quick to stop any further intrusions. They also helped to fix the fraud quickly and protect my ID.
