Like many others, when I tried to cancel was denied refund. My date to cancel was on a Sunday. They were closed when I called. The next days were Xmas eve and Xmas day. Closed again. When I called 12/26, they said they would send in for review. Denied. Absolute BS.

Terrible company , never signed up for their service, I found out they had my card because I found a charge on my card and when I called to have that stopped and asked for a refund they denied giving me a refund even though I have never used them or even knew they had my information.

ScoreScense is a SCAM. There are numerous class action lawsuits against them. Just Google “scoreScense fraud” and you can read all about it. They ripped off hundreds of dollars from us that we are still trying to recover.

One star is the lowest I could give otherwise I would not even give them 1 star. They mislead by saying free credit score since they take all personal details and take you to a payment page and ask for credit card info. BEWARE !

Found out that i was being charged on my account without having signed up. I was on the free Credit Karma (but this is a long time ago).. and somehow they forced the charged and the fake sign up. DO NOT USE CREDIT KARMA! nor this company. It is very close to fraud in my view.

I was on Credit Karma when I was tricked into signing up. I didn't realize I had even signed up. My card was charged 1 week after I logged on to Credit Karma. When I saw the charge I called and cancelled but was still charged 39.95 for 1 week.

The only services provided was a credit score. It was not made obvious that I was signing up for a monthly payment. I was denied a refund despite the fact that no services beyond the credit score were given. This felt like a scam and I will post this review on other sites as well.

Enrollment in this service was a result of online deception. I had no intention of enrolling in a fee for service like this. Then I find I am being billed $39.95 per month. They billed me for three months before I noticed it. No wonder....no emails or mail ever came to me. They just collected my money.

Credit Score. The score they give you is not the same as what a lender see's although they are pulling the same reports, same day. The numbers are way off, nearly 100 points off and they have nerve to charge $40 a month and make is just about impossible to cancel. Think twice before using this service, they are not providing legit info.

They still charged me after cancelling because I didn't call within the allotted time, during the trial period even though it was on the 7th day I cancelled they still charged me, I really didn't use the services, trial period should be a month instead of a week!

Wow, warning…. you have to call customer service in order to cancel the service, not by doing it online. I just got off the phone with them and it was 2 minutes of talking, refusing other services for $19.95, another service for $7.95 etc. INSANE

They charged my card without my permission. Researched them online, found their website and contact number. Called the number and it was just a survey. Hoax, scam, crooks. Call it what you will but I had to file a dispute with my bank. cancel my card and activate another one.

This company is a rip off. I did not sign up for this mess and called to cancel but only got a $1 in refund out of the $39.95. I definitely would not want anyone to use them unless you want to pay $39.95 a month for nothing.

Scoresense is scamming customers into a free 7 day trial but charges you $39.95 at midnight and refuses to cancel or refund the charges if you to call immediately. Would not recommend this company to do any business or transactions with.

They charged me a total of $240.70 for nothing! I tried for weeks to cancel the service. In the end i canceled by credit card insted. This actually damaged my credit score. DONT USE SCORE SENSE. THEY CHARGE YOU $39.95 A MONTH FOR EVER OR THEY DAMAGE YOUR CREDIT SCORE IF YOU TRY TO LEAVE.

Rip off! Tried to cancel this and yet they still took my $39.95 because it was pending the charge when I cancelled! Plus $39.95 is ridiculously high when you can get the same benefits elsewhere! Didn't even get a thing out of the money as they shut you down the minute you cancel too! But had no problem snatching my money up on day 7!

I called in on my scheduled cancel date & was advised I can't get a refund even tho I called on the cancel date. Their reasoning was because I called an hour after my initial setup time. I didn't read that anywhere. DO NOT sign up for this service it's a rip off. I have requested a refund from them & I haven't gotten it yet. Do NOT USE!!!

I have called on several occasions to cancel my membership. As of today I am still being charged months after canceling. Not a company I would ever deal with again. Also, I don't know where they get their scores but they don't match with the scored I get when I log into the credit bureaus.

This company is a ripoff. They are more interested in stealing your money than helping you. Do not sign up for anything "free". Do not give them any information on you. Just don't! If you need help go to a major service like Experian.

This company is the lowest of the low. Preying on the fear of senior citizens by claiming to protect them against the type of companies that they (in reality) strive to be. A crooked evil company. Ironic to say the least. A credit report company that is not BBB approved? Are you kidding me?

Product is DEFINITELY not worth the money... and that FREE week - not free. I called to cancel my membership, they talked me into trying it for 1 more week "for free" then ripped me off for $40 bc I accepted their free week. Any company doing so bad they have to rip ppl off for $40 is obviously crap..

This is a terrible company. To cancel you must call (I had to hold for 10 minutes), which should tell you something. Once you manage to talk to someone the sales retention begins. I was offered a lower price, then less service for a lower price, then a free month. Do not give them any money, as they do not deserve.

I plan to cancel immediately because of all the bad reviews and I am in a place where I can not afford to have a shitty company play games with my financial information. They make sure that you do not know that you are signing up for $30 a month. They won't send you a single email so that you forget and think that you only paid $1 for a credit score. Advertised Free Trial, but they get your credit card and then begin charging you $29.95/month - you don't actually have a "trial", unless you explicitly cancel, you are signed up automatically. If you forget about it you are out of luck and $30 every month until you discover it. All you get is a credit score! Just a marketing scam.
