The Good

  • Personal Touch
  • Credit Monitoring
  • Insurance

Personal Touch

When fraudulent activity is detected by Safe Identity's monitoring systems, a personal phone call is made to the customer. This gets the information in hands of the customer faster than an email or text and allows the customer to immediately initiate the response process.

Credit Monitoring

Safe Identity monitors with all three major credit bureaus, as well as with financial institutions, insurance groups, property records, and even cell phone records in order to catch fraudulent activity.

In the event of identity theft, Safe Identity will cover up to $1 million in expenses with no deductible. The company will cover any cost associated with identity theft, including lost wages.

The Bad

  • Limited Information on Website

Limited Information on Website

There is little information about Safe Identity on the company's website. This lack of transparency can be frustrating for customers trying to decide if Safe Identity is the right identity theft company for them.

The Bottom Line

Safe Identity offers identity protection services that include credit monitoring, insurance, and a personal touch. However, there is little information disclosed on the company's website, which makes it difficult for consumers to understand what its offerings really are.
