I was totally pleased with my contact. She called me constantly and even stayed on the phone with me for at least an hour to clear up a fraudulent credit card issue with a reporting agency that was not given the correct information. She also conferenced us into the Barclay Bank and stayed on the phone with me to deal with a very nasty individual. My Recovery Advocate was a true example of what a good employee is. It was a pleasure dealing with her. She is a credit to your company.

This place is a scam. Talk about identity theft! Once you sign up there is no valid phone number to cancel your membership. You sign up under Simple identity protection. You get an email from Smartidentity. When you call they say they are neither company so you can't cancel the membership. Not even by email. So since you can't cancel you owe $39.90. SCAMMERS BEWARE!! Even BBB confirms no phone number to cancel!!
