Fully-Managed Restoration Services

In the event of identity theft, customers have access to advocates who will help them throughout the entire recovery process. In addition, specialists will create and maintain an extensive case profile and assist with security freezes and fraud alerts. Farmers Insurance can help with financial, medical, criminal, and tax identity recovery.

Credit Monitoring Services

Farmers Insurance provides credit monitoring from all three major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion). Customers also receive an annual credit report.

Identity Protection Services

In addition to credit monitoring, Farmers Insurance also provides members with internet scanning, bank account monitoring, social security number monitoring, and legal protection to better prevent identity theft.

We had fraud that occurred on a credit card and Farmers notified us and took care of the problem. Kelli M. did a great job speaking with the credit card company and with follow up.
