While the process was a little slow to get started the results were amazing. The evaluation of our home was simple and effective. Zero homes made all contracts with contractors and got everything set up for install. They were so patient as we had no knowledge of heat pumps. They took so much time to explain the entire process and walk us through everything we needed to know. Zero homes extended the offer to always be available if we ever have any questions or need anything. Zero Homes also found us a number of incentives and rebates that really helped with the cost. We recently had Zero Homes install a new HVAC system, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The process was honestly simpler than I expected. Our advisor walked us through everything clearly, with no jargon and no pressure, just straightforward explanations of what we needed and why. They answered every question we had (and we had a lot lol) and made sure we felt confident in the decision before moving forward. Installation day was just as smooth. The installer was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to walk us through how everything worked, cleaned up after himself, and treated our home with care. Best of all, the new heating system has been working beautifully. Our house feels more consistently warm than it ever did with the old one, and we can already tell it's running more efficiently. Highly recommend Zero Homes to anyone considering an HVAC upgrade.
