Today was the third time we have had service by Sonny Bliss. They were here within 24 hours of when we needed their help. The plumber, Carlton, was a pleasure to deal with. He was very friendly and explained everything that he was doing. We will continue to use them.

had an excellent experience with Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air, thanks to their outstanding technician, Archange Joseph.
Archange was professional, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. During his visit, he identified that I had purchased the wrong toilet for my condominium bathroom. Rather than simply pointing out the problem, he went above and beyond by taking the time to explain the issue and helping me select the correct toilet that would properly fit my bathroom.
What impressed me most was his patience, attention to detail, and sincere commitment to making sure I made the right purchase. He truly cared about helping me find the best solution, not just completing a service call.
This is what exceptional customer service looks like! Archange is a tremendous asset to Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air, and his professionalism and friendly attitude reflect extremely well on the company.
I highly recommend Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air, and I would gladly request Archange Joseph for any future plumbing needs. Five stars, well deserved!
