Javier was extremely polite and thorough with explanation of the maintenance process. He explained about the part he needed to replace on the a/c unit to stop the clicking noise and got my approval before fixing it. He also informed me about the benefits of a scrubber and surge protector. He made me aware that our annual maintenance with Chris Heating & Cooling was about to expire. He shared what it offers and the cost. I renewed it while he was here. Finally, he’s very professional with his appearance, greeting, knowledge, well spoken and has excellent manners.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for everyone at this company. Some companies it feels like they come out knowing you're in a pinch and try convincing you that you need all the things. Not Chris Heating & Cooling. Erich came out, was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I very much felt that he was being real and genuinely honest with me on what I did and didn't need. Erich also made sure I understood and was confident with everything he was recommending. I think that's the master tech teacher in him. My unit was 23 years old so I knew this time was coming sooner than later. I couldn't be more grateful. Then the next morning Jon and Matt came to install my new system. They were both so incredibly nice, polite, and professional. They put down floor protection, worked quickly, and efficiently. Before I knew it they had everything done and my house cooling back off. They walked me through everything they did and made sure any of my questions were answered. I love that this company is family owned and oriented. And they LOVE and support pets! Both my puppers enjoyed getting to meet Erich and Jon and Matt worked quietly as to try and not disturb them. If you're in need of anything I cannot recommend Chris Heating and Cooling enough!

We had been with another family owned company for years. They sold out to Private Equity ownership a year ago and their business model changed. Their main focus switched from service to high pressure sales. I researched other family owned business' in the area and decided to go with Chris for our yearly maintenance contract. It definitley was the right decision. The technician (Javier) arrived on time and was very professional and thorough. He was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. Very impressed with the entire process. Excellent cusotmer service. Best of all no high pressure sales pitch. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future.
