Colin Simmons was an outstanding technician. Got my (very old) system diagnosed and fixed up in one trip. He’s helping me with the home warranty folks so I can recover some of my expenses. And, he was just a nice guy. My dog was a Colin fan, too. Thanks, Colin!!
