Update to existing review -
Taylor R. came by this morning to inspect the work and answer any questions on our new HVAC system. He was our consultant for drawing up what new system we wanted and was super knowledgeable/accommodating/patient with us as we set up our ideal system. He gave us suggestions and anecdotal experiences that really guided us through the process and let us sit with the information and come to a decision. We were also considering getting Bears to install some plumbing features and he said he would just go ahead and coordinate for us. Service is beyond expectation, but more than that, the follow-up and follow through by Bears is worth it by itself. He also dropped off some Bears tumblers and coffee! Bears is definitely our go to for anything home maintenance related.
Another fantastic experience with Bears Home Solutions. Matthew and James took great care of everything we needed (replaced furnace and ac unit, installed thermostat, and humidifier). Everything was done to code and the work looked fantastic. Bears continues to come to our house and leaves everything better than they found it. Can’t ask for better service than that!

Jake L with Bear always does an excellent job. He is communicative, patient and thorough in his explanations and I trust his feedback. He has serviced our home three times now; he answers all of my questions and then relays that info to my husband, vice versa. He is an asset!
