Started out having some issues with a unit since they made a mistake and swapped the wrong one. Tom, (The owner) not only made it right - he comped out the other unit completely. He's also comped out some service. (Don't expect this). I'm in the home remodeling industry and I will refer everyone to Tom as he's earned it. Thank you for what you've done for us. I know a lot of people don't publicly say nice things or THANK YOU. We will make it up to you with referrals.

I will be a repeat customer for years to come-after the service I received; their response time was amazing. I called in the evening and got a return call and they were out the next day mid-morning. We discussed the need to possibly install a new ac, but after looking into the problem-we decided we could fix it and hold off. I was happy that they didn't push the new install as I'd really like to wait a bit longer.
