The were wonderful in the beginning. Relatively fast service and did a wonderful job with the major issue we had with our newly purchased home. Toilet leaked and there was drywall to replace, floors to dry out - was a mess. The companies they provided did a great job - no complaints. When it came time to renew - they would let us renew - apparently if you have a large claim they dump you at the end of your contract. So, what they provided was great - but wouldn't allow for renewal.

It’s extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone. I’ve had 4 issues since I bought this house and only one has been fixed and they only partially reimbursed me.
