Called them when septic line was blocked. Water was leaking into our crawlspace. A plumber came 4 days later & reamed out the water line, solved the problem. My complaint is that we had dirty stinky water in our crawlspace, & wanted a plumber ASAP, but HMS deemed it a "non-emergency", saying that only water in the main floor of the house was an emergenvy, not water leaking into the basement or crawlspace.

HMS customer service is too slow. My a/c broke down and it took forever to get someone to address it. Then I had to call numerous times to follow up.
