The water heater needed major repairing since it was not properly heating. We filed a claim online and it was easy as pie. The HSC has a good website easily navigated by anyone. They sent a contractor within the week and had our heater fixed and working well now.

Washer was not releasing the water aftering the washing phase. Have been manually getting the water out of the machine to proceed to the drying phase (which is working perfectly fine). Repair guy fixed the water releasing problem but drying is not working. Had to have 4 more sessions to fix the issue. I hope the kind HSC agent did not go deaf from all my complaining.

I explained the problem over the phone clearly (pretty sure I did). But when the repair man came, he brought the wrong parts. Had to call back HSC and it turns out the repair guy misunderstood the problem. I appreciated the apology but I still had to skip half day of work to wait for the repair to finish.

Sign-up was easy, features matched what I needed. The online service scheduled seemed to be a nice feature. Unfortunately my first experience attempting to initiate service is so abysmal I plan to cancel the service. I submitted a case online and have received zero follow up in a week. No service person has called back within the promised 48-hour time frame. I called HSC and talked to a live person the day after submitting the case. Since then I’ve tried calling multiple times. Each time I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes, then guided by the automated system to leave callback info. The first time the system disconnected before a message could be recorded. I have not received any calls.
Tech that was sent was amazing. He was a magician with his tools when he upgraded our piping in the basement and kitchen.

When I got them as my warranty plan, I thought I wouldn't use them for a while. But to my surprise, my AC unit needed to be repaired. You can never really tell when you need them. These things happen in a snap. They fixed my unit and now, everything's fine.

We usually turn on our sprinkler every so often. Once, a part of it was not working and was not sprinkling. I was hesitant to call the HSC coz I thought I could fix it. But my sister convinced me to just leave it to the professionals. Good thing I followed her advice. Filed a claim and contractors came to fix it. Replace a few things and made our sprinklers feel like they're new again.

My representative/agent contacted me by email, then telephoned thanking me for my recent warranty purchase. He said that he had a couple of questions for me before we completed the transaction. Had maintenance work done on my air conditioner unit. I just like that it gets its regular check-up to reassure me. The tech guy was lovely to talk to and even said that regular maintenance is a must. They do their job neatly as possible. Very professional workers.

Was in a lot of stress lately from work so when my AC unit broke down, I was just really upset. Good thing I had it covered with the HSC. They had it fixed in a jiffy. The tech guy was also very neat in working. Left no mess at home. Great service

Quick and response. Had a problem with my ceiling fans. They were very lovely to talk to and the contractor was a pleasant guy who fixed our fans immediately. He even gave us tips on how to take care of them.

Garbage disposal was malfunctioning. Had a claim filed through a phone call. The reps were lovely. The service guy who came was lovely as well. He came the next day as scheduled. He had it fixed in less than an hour.

Purchased home in Kansas City on May 31. Seller provided 1 year basic HSC. Tried to log into account, no luck. Called in on June 11th HSC has no record of payment so couldn’t use services. Finally got that straightened out and Aaron convinced me to extend to 3 year Pro level and reduced my service fee to $65. Online records still reflect $95 to this date. Tried to schedule service for my garage door opener. Submitted online 6 times. No response. Called in after 30 on hold waiting time, rep said that they called me back and left info. LIES. No cell phone calls or messages or missed calls or spam. So she gave me service company info to call in. Called Overhead Door in KC. They had no record of my request and as matter of fact the owner said that they don’t even do business with HSC. That they tried in past but HSC didn’t honor agreements. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE AND DO NOT PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I badly needed my air conditioner unit serviced. I think it was not working properly because I had such a high bill in the previous months. Further, the unit was struggling in maintaining its temperature. I filed a claim to the HSC and had a great talk. They sent a young man who knew what he was doing. He cleaned after his job. Since the service, my bill has gotten better.

Had an AC issue wherein it just quit working. I submitted a claim online. They had a contractor sent who arrived within the scheduled time. He got the problem resolved. He was very professional and completed the job quickly.
