If something goes wrong, I would immediately call the Home Service Club. When my AC unit was not cooling, I would submit a claim over the phone and it was very easy to do. Smooth transaction. The company contacted me and came over pretty fast, on time as scheduled. It just took the contractors a few hours to fix it. Unit running well now.

the hot and cold dispenser was not working. if i wanted hot, it still dispensed cold water. had to submit a claim to the home service club for it to be checked by the service guy. the fellow went to our house on time as scheduled. fixed it immediately. i was literally amazed. thanks

Our refrigerator had a leak and the door wouldn't close completely. I called the HSC immediately to file a claim. The representative was very helpful and amazing. Guided me through my problem and sent a service guy was amazing as well. He really knows his job and knows how to fix a fridge. Thanks!

I would highly recommended this home warranty especially since repairs are quite expensive. Usually breakdowns are unpredictable so having a home warranty is really convenient. And these guys just deliver! They really know their job. Recently had my washing machine and AC unit repaired. They did a great job.

No water was flowing out in our faucet in the bathroom upstairs. I figured out that water pressure was not good. Repair guys were dispatched the next day. They were really great and worked very well. Answered all my questions and even added some tips. Water pressure has been very good so far.

Our AC unit needed their yearly maintenance. It was a good timing too coz one unit needed to be checked and repaired since it was having some issues already. Submitted a claim to HSC and immediately a contractor was able to check it. Repair just took a less than an hour. Thanks a lot!

Had a problem with our plumbing system. Sister called me during work to inform me. Submitted a claim right ayaw with The Home Service Club. Really glad we had them. Tech guys came the next day and fixed the problem. We were so happy. If you guys have are still not covered with a home warranty, I suggest you get these guys! Would not regret

This was our first claim but I was very pleased with the responsiveness and customer service. The service call was exceptional and everything was fixed in one appointment. The technician was polite, personable and professional. We were able to file the claim and schedule the service quickly. Our washing machine is working fine now.

I had my house covered by the home service club. One day, our ceiling fan stopped rotating even though we already turned it on. Called the HSC immediately and the rep sent a tech guy. The tech was really knowledgeable and efficient. He replaced some parts. He said it was due to over usage, wear and tear. Thanks so much for the fast transaction!

I had trouble in my kitchen a few weeks ago. My refrigerator broke down and my stove won't change settings. It goes straight to high even with all the tweaking I did. Read the manual but was not helpful. Made a claim with HSC and was pretty easy. Fixed all of my appliances quickly within a week. Now everything is working and back to normal.

Had a great time with these guys! Our air conditioner unit was not working , so the service rep came and had to replace some parts like the sensor. Normally, he said, it would fail. But once he repaired it, it was all good. The tech was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to troubleshoot. Great experience with HSC.

The shower was splashing everywhere! Water was shooting up into the ceiling and light fixtures! I wanted a shower I could use! I called in my policy with the Home Service Club and they sent over a plumber. Fortunately for a professional like him, it was a quick and easy fix.

We compared the offerings of the Home Service Club to other such companies and quickly discovered how much more superior HSC is when it came to coverage and prices. Far more superior were the customer service reps and contractors that they have. We got a great policy at a low cost and didn’t have to settle for anything less!

We had great experience with the Home Service Club! Our furnace was repaired and the serviceman was professional and courteous. We paid the $100 deductible and the rest of the repairs were covered under the warranty. Highly recommend!!!
