I can't really figure out how to fix simple home appliances so I got a home warranty company that would fit my needs. I chose the Home Service Club because of the good reviews and it was really highly recommended by friends. So far, I am glad with their customer service and contractors.

Had my microwave fixed. It was not heating my food at all. I had to call and order some pizza. I submitted a claim online, very easy to make by the way. They had a contractor sent immediately within the week. He fixed it and made it look and feel like brand new.

My microwave door won't close properly and food won't heat properly. Called the HSC and asked for a tech guy to come within the week. They were courteous and said that they could send out one ASAP. Thankfully, the fellow came the next day, very early, ahead of schedule. Fixed my unit within 30 minutes. Love the service!

They did an awesome job repairing my attic fans. We almost always turn them on so I guess they were worn out. I submitted a claim by calling the HSC. A tech guy came the next day, fixed all the fans. He had it running again within the day. Amazing.

I was able to sleep peacefully after the repair of my AC unit was done by one of the contractors of the HSC. I was so tired the past few weeks due to a humming and noisy AC. I thought it would just go away but it persisted so I filed a claim to the HSC. They sent great tech guys and replaced a few parts. So glad I have them!

Sometimes my appliances would just malfunction at the same time together. It's so annoying. I was so happy when I got the HSC and found that if I had them earlier, I could have saved a lot. The reps are so courteous and the contractors always do a neat job.

We were just lucky to have the HSC at the right time. Our bathroom sink and bath tub was leaking and we just signed up with the HSC. So we really used it and service men were sent within the week. They've done a pretty nice job. Oh, and the claims process was good as well.

Further, they know that the service is the best since I constantly tell them my experiences with the HSC. I think about five of my colleagues would sign up.

When we arrived from our vacation, the garage door was just opened halfway. It was not moving at all even how many times I tried. My sister filed a claim to the HSC on the phone. They sent a tech guy the next day. So glad they sent someone to fix it immediately. And voila! He had it moving in just twenty minutes. Impressed with their service.

The water heater needed major repairing since it was not properly heating. We filed a claim online and it was easy as pie. The HSC has a good website easily navigated by anyone. They sent a contractor within the week and had our heater fixed and working well now.

Washer was not releasing the water aftering the washing phase. Have been manually getting the water out of the machine to proceed to the drying phase (which is working perfectly fine). Repair guy fixed the water releasing problem but drying is not working. Had to have 4 more sessions to fix the issue. I hope the kind HSC agent did not go deaf from all my complaining.

I explained the problem over the phone clearly (pretty sure I did). But when the repair man came, he brought the wrong parts. Had to call back HSC and it turns out the repair guy misunderstood the problem. I appreciated the apology but I still had to skip half day of work to wait for the repair to finish.

My mom had a great experience for our claim with the refrigerator. Freezer is not able to defrost proper and iced the whole thing. HSC sent a tech over by Monday and checked out the unit. After 5 hours of doing his thing, he explained to us what happened with the condenser and shared some tips on how to prevent it from happening again.

ac unit was not cooling well. i guess it lacked freon or something. submitted a claim online. even though it was not an emergency, the reps were very good and sent a tech guy immediately by the afternoon of the same day. my guess was right. the tech guy had to replace the freon and had it for some maintenance check up. thanks for the quick service

Just installed my CCTV system by myself. Well, at least I tried to. It didn't work as planned. After watching some youtube tutorials, there was still no hope. Had to call HSC for a pro to handle this issue. Tech came in after 3 days and re did the whole thing. Wow, the techs from HSC sure are professionals!

I have just acquired this home warranty for less than a month and I filed a claim already since my fridge was not cooling enough as it is supposed to be. I needed a lot of cooling for the food inside. So grateful for their quick response and service. Very smooth transaction. The service men fixed the fridge and was cool enough now.

Have been raving about this home warranty to my colleagues at work. Some of them are undecided yet on which company to get. I've been telling them to get this one. I had one instance were my dryer was malfunctioning and the rep and the contractor did a pretty amazing job. I've been impressed ever since.

I had an issue with our garbage disposal and the guys the HSC sent were wonderful. Even with the leaking pipe I had before, they immediately took care of it. I'm telling my mom to sign up for this also since it really is a nice investment.

Interacting with the representative of the Home Service Club was just great. It's really important to me that a company have great customer service. We had a claim for our heater and the tech guy fixed it properly. I also had an oven which they serviced and is now working well. I would highly recommend them.
