I bought a brand new microwave around 4 years ago, but for some reason, something happened and it's acting up. I switched recently and HSC was only recommended to me by my old college bunkmate. It has proven itself useful last month when I had a faulty ac unit. Just had to call them and they sent over a repair man. It was however beyond repair so it was replaced by a new unit for a price cheaper than if I bought one for myself.

The technicians from HSC are so nice and skilled. He noticed that my AC was overdue and recommended me a new Inverter A/C which saves a lot more energy than what I had. I only had to pay a minimum amount for a brand new A/C plus it saves me more money because it consumes less energy. Great recommendation!

Good thing I trusted my instinct to get a home warranty plan (and also to chose this company). I recently bought a condo unit and my AC was not cooperating well. I had a hard time figuring it out so I called the HSC. They sent a tech guy and did a wonderful job. Had my unit fixed in no time.

I submitted a claim to the HSC via phone call. After a few hours, a contractor called to set an appointment. A tech guy came and said that it needed parts to be fixed. So he had to come back the next day. He was early and prompt and did a great job with our washing machine.

I had a leak inside my bathroom. I don't know where it was coming from but it was flooding a portion of the room beside it. I had to call the HSC for immediate action. They sent a guy the next day. Quick response! He fixed it. Very pleased with their service.

Had my microwave fixed. It was not heating my food at all. I had to call and order some pizza. I submitted a claim online, very easy to make by the way. They had a contractor sent immediately within the week. He fixed it and made it look and feel like brand new.

My microwave door won't close properly and food won't heat properly. Called the HSC and asked for a tech guy to come within the week. They were courteous and said that they could send out one ASAP. Thankfully, the fellow came the next day, very early, ahead of schedule. Fixed my unit within 30 minutes. Love the service!
