I have been without microwave for over 6 months, while they sent repair company out 4 times with different parts trying to fix and was not successful. Not hear back from Service Bench/Chinch about statis of replacement, I called and was informed they are not going to replace. TERRIBLE warranty company and will never refer anyone to them!!!!

Terrible!! Don’t waste your money. Called I. For my ice maker repair. The tech came out 3 times and never fixed it. By the 3rd trip he had broken all the wires to my freezer. All Sears warranty offered was a much cheaper replacement or $600 less than I paid for my fridge which is a kenmore and the replacement offered is GE so crazy!

Its the worse experience I ever had and I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy. Not only do they charge $54 for the warranty, but when you use it, they charge a service fee if they fix it or not. The worse experience I have ever had as a consumer.

When having a dish-washer break down, it took one month to get a technician to come out to repair it. It then took another week to get the part. Do NOT waste time with this service. upon trying to cancel the service it has taken four months to cancel it, and still waiting.

The warranty company failed to cover the very items contained in the warranty. I had to pay the fee for the technician to come out only to be told later they would not pay to fix the item. Total waste of money and will not purchase anything from sears again.

Worthless. Needed washer fixed in a stacked unit. They sent a company that would not work on stacked units even though they new the unit was stacked and did not have another company to send. They then refused to refund the $75 deductible because the one tech had come by and said he couldn't work on it.

They refuse to honor their agreement they claim issues prior to warranty are preexisting which doesn’t make any sense who purchases warranty on products that are covered by manufacturers warranty, it’s been two weeks still no resolution for products that are used daily in the home, their incompetence has no end

If I could give negative stars I would! Literally this is the biggest scam ever!!!! DO NOT purchase this! There is NEVER any mention that you are committed for a whole year of coverage- so now my fridge repair ended up costing more than its worth. I canceled and would rather just pay for repair out of pocket. HORRIBLE!!!

We had a Bosch dishwasher and a Kenmore Dryer stop working in June 2021. Sears Home Warranty sent out repairmen every few weeks for four months and accomplished nothing. On the fifth try (a new man each time), "Emilio" fixed both appliances in a few minutes with no need for parts. How come we had to wait four months for that?

This is the worse service I've ever had! I would not encourage anyone to get their warranty. They are inadequate, they dhow up for your appointments late and they are trained to lie to you. I am very disappointed in Sears Warranty. Had I known that I would be treated like this I wouldn't emhave ever gotten their service.

I placed a claim thru Choice Home Warranty and they assigned it to Sears Home Warranty to fix. They NEVER SHOWED UP for 2 separate appts! I called Sears and they "said" they escalated my issue but nothing happened!!! Worst customer service ever!!! I had to called Choice back to ask them to assign another vendor because Sears was worthless!

I have repairs for both refrigerator and Dryer 1. Refrigerator - Confirmed appointment 3 times - no show for more than a month 2. Gas Dryer - Technician came three times but didn't fix the issue. Cancel the service call by the technician Will not use SEARS for anything. It is a BIG mistakes in buying SEARS products

We have had this warranty plan for 8 years. They never come when you are told they are coming. They order parts when at your home when they already know what they need to fix it. Then come back weeks latter to fix it. i have been waiting 6 weeks to have my dryer fix. Don't use Sears....

Sears Home Warranty does not honor their statements. They will always look for loop holes. They took months to tell me they could not repair my range. Then they refused to replace it and gave me a small amount of money that basically repaid the service fee.

They use stall tactics and put customers on hold or transfer them from one person to another none of which can resolve the customer's concerns or issues. They are crooks and ripoff arts. They are awful!! I have been waiting fir 30 days to have my washing machine fixed. They are still looking for parts!! When you call the wait time is approximately 20-45 minutes. Then they transfer you and disconnect you! Then you wait fir a supervisor for an additional 45 minutes and they disconnect you. They are awful awful awful!

Their techs lie to customers to sell their home warranty. Then when you try to cancel you get transferred from person to person for hours, never reaching the right department in an attempt to make you give up. They don't answer emails so calling is the only way to get anything done. They should be investigated for fraud.

Can I give them a zero rating?? A complete ripoff. Had service appointment 1/6/21 for dishwasher. Been waiting for part ever since. Multiple calls but they are completely indifferent. Last call asked how long I had to wait until they take action and they just said until part becomes available. "Some people have been waiting over a year".

you need repairs, they talk you into buying the warrenty but never tell you that it wont cover a prexisiting problem, only new problems, Repair tech tells you that the damage he did will be covered and promises a replacement washer...but no. Thats not true and no damage caused by repairman, is covered. Big rip off.

Sears home warranty has been unresponsive to my requests to repair or replace my refrigerator. I've been given several deadlines by which they promised to offer "options" to replace or offer compensation for a refrigerator that cannot be repaired because they cannot find parts. Each deadline passes with no action.

FYI, for all those who have been scammed (including myself), I called and cancelled my agreement and removed my credit card from automatic billing. Two months later they sent me a bill for the remaining contract balance. I called to inform them I would not be paying. They said that’s fine and they currently do not have a collection agency.

It has taken over 30 days for a repair form my refrigerator and stove. After 30 days and 12 phone calls Sears is now assigning a new service provider. Now I have to have another technician visit and wait for the new company to get the parts. Sears Home Warranty is a scam, don't sign up. It will be nothing but hassles.

They sold me the warranty with promises of hassle free repairs and saved money. I got multiple service calls , repairs not completed and deductible fees. Also be clear that if you are unhappy with them it will cost more to cancel than your monthly $50 fee! Overall I had 2 appliances have breakdowns and they fixed neither.
