Like most of these folks, I feel like I got scammed. They used to answer their number, but not anymore... I paid 2300.00 for a 5 year, and I think I got screwed bad. I have been trying for the past two months to get a partial refund, and not a darn thing.... Please DO Not Buy from these people.... Ever.

Read the fine print! They hardly cover any repairs! And you have to do the leg work to find a technician. I'm trying to cancel my contract and they are no longer responding to me. I'm hiring an attorney to get out of this scam.

If I could give a Zero I would the promises made by the rep Mike was all bull. They did not honor the contract refused to pay for repairs approved a submitted $400 dishwasher claim for $150 " check in the mail" that never came a d now will not answer my calls This warranty company is a rip off out fit.

It's a scam! NOT a legitimate company at all! They only collect premiums and ZERO coverage -- Even with approved claims. There's NO customer service, only an operator who can't see your accounts or claims, completely useless. We need to report them for fraud!

I chose the company because I was assured that all of the appliances and plumbing, the electric were all covered. When I filed two claims they were denied. When I had an expert look at the contract, he said mostly everything was excluded. Stay away from this company. It is a ripoff.

I've submitted two claims, with both being denied, even though the contract says they cover. Called to cancel, said they were having "technical difficulties" , and would call back. Of course they never did. Requested a permanent stop payment on my automatic withdrawal, and contacted BBB.

It seems Lifetime Home Warranty went out of business and stiffed all their customers. I was about to file a claim for something after I paid for several years of their plan last year. Fortunately I had an alternative plan for what I needed.

DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY! TO DATE, THEY OWE ME OVER 200.00 BECAUSE THEY KEEP CHARGING ME FOR A WARRANTY I CANCELED IN MARCH. CALL AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK. Totally non-responsive company. Paid them $2000 up front for nothing. Refused my claim, wouldn't let me cancel although I was within their timeframe and followed all their cancellation requirements. They didn't even have the decency to respond to 3 letters, emails, texts and phone calls. I lost $2000. Don't do the same.
