The coverage plans include a Home Systems Plan which covers systems such as a water heater, air conditioner, and pipe leaks. All this company cares about is getting your money. Once they have it, you will have a hard time working with them. Every time we try to schedule someone, they assign us to a contractor that does not work in our area. Furthermore, they are very stuck on all of their rules. If you are in a situation that does not fit their rules, they will not provide you with any flexibility.

Oven stopped working so I gave them a call. They sent out a company with nothing but 1 star reviews that didn't respond or answer their phone. Landmark offered to call them again for me and they eventually came out a few days later. 3 weeks later the oven still doesn't work right. 2 different technicians took turns coming out,misdiagnosing the problem, blaming the other tech, then ordering a part for a week later. Complete waste of money. Please fire Truevine, they are costing you customers.

Landmark has provided lots of helpful information. When we had need to make a claim they found an excellent service provider. They only reason for 4 vs. 5 stars is that they needed a few days to find a service provider in our more rural area.

When it came time to immediately address the warranty issue they were very responsive. Since they found out the appliance is broke, response is slow. I had to buy another fridge because it's very hard to function without one. It's been about a month or more since I initiated this and i'm still waiting to hear back what theyre going to do. The people I spoke with seemed friendly, but what does that matter when i'm not getting the warranty I paid for?

I canceled my service because No matter how much you add in they have little ins and outs to keep from paying for your issue. You have to use their company's, then after you pay them $60 they tell you it's not covered. I am truly disappointed
