It was my first house that I had bought by myself, and someone else purchased the warranty as a gift. Customer support is great. They have always responded within a few minutes of my calling. Everytime I've call it's been something a little urgent, and I'd have it resolved within the day. They are very reputable, they keep their word, and they're very customer-oriented. I really enjoy working with them, and they follow up, so that's really important. They follow up to make sure that you're happy. When I was renovating my house and the hot water heater was not operational, and I knew that it had been operational when I purchased the house, they sent the plumbing company out and the man could not resolve the problem. I called and complained, and they sent someone else out right away, who was more familiar with that model and who fixed it. I actually had called someone else, too, and they credited me for the cost, so that was very, very good.They were not stingy about sending another plumber out when the first one didn't work out.

I found out about them through the management company I was working for, and one of their salesmen who visited us regularly and did what a good salesman does. They are there to answer my questions quickly and to get someone dispatched out for me as soon as possible. I had inherited an air-conditioning maintenance contract from a previous owner, so I was using the company that they had a contract with, who lied and told me that my compressor was leaking or something, and that it would cost me $1,500 because that part wasn't covered. I called Landmark Warranty, and they sent out a company called Coolzone, who went out and rechecked the unit and said there was nothing wrong with it! The readings the previous company put down were fraudulent. They photographed the gauges and wrote it all up for me. The two people that I worked with that have been out have been really knowledgeable and experienced, and I trust that what they tell me is accurate.

We've actually used our warranty a few times for re-keying our house and for air-conditioning and furnace tune-ups. They always send someone out that does great quality workmanship. They're always licensed and insured, the work has been wonderful, really prompt, very professional, and then Landmark always follows up to make sure that we're completely satisfied afterward. They're always really responsive and helpful whenever I have to call, and we've been really pleased with their service. We had one claim that ended up needing an extra service part, and they actually got it all done in the same day, in the same service call. Everything got done within a few hours. It was wonderful, and we are super pleased that our realtor had recommended them to us originally.

We have had problems with the HVAC systems, and they were able to get someone scheduled to come out very quickly. The service was excellent! Their feedback, and making sure the job was done, was excellent. On top of that, they offer an excellent customer support. They're very polite, attentive, and do a good job following up with you. You can also get a hold of them through their web portal, or by the phone. Their experience seems to be superior to what I would have expected as far as the convenience of using it. They offer a number of different pricing plans, and give you plenty of notice when your warranties going to expire. I have nothing but positive things to say about them.

Every time I call, they answer really fast! Their customer service does not put on you hold too long, and everybody is fun! They always want to help in any possible way. Plus, their service is pretty fast. My heater went out during winter, so I called at around 2 a.m., and they were able to get someone out here within a couple of hours! I would say they want to please their customer, and make sure you're happy, because they dispatched a company to fix my A/C once. When I told them I wasn't satisfied with them, because that company didn't respond very quickly, they sent another company right away. Within an hour, somebody was out here fixing my A/C!

It took too long for Landmark to approve the charges for parts. Read the print, they only cover $20 per pound of Freon. .Cost me $800 out of pocket for Freon. I had to wait several days for approval for a compressor and then the time for delivery. I waited over a week to get AC in 100 degree TX heat.

I made a request for service on Saturday because our pool pump stopped working sometime Friday afternoon. I received an email Sunday that I would be contacted within 4 business hours. Monday morning I get another email that states that I will be contacted by a different company within 4 business hours. Nothing happened. I called both companies, neither answered. Left voice message for company number 2. Called Landmark to see which company I should expect to contact me. I gave up after 20 minutes on hold and called back an hour later. Sat on hold for about 2 hours and 15 minutes and finally gave up. I sent an email to customer service for them to call me. That never happened. Today Tuesday, I called both companies again and left a message with company 2 again. Then I called Landmark customer service again, and this time it offered me to leave a call back number. Hours later Landmark finally called and offered to follow up with the service company. I was on hold again for quite some time. The Landmark rep comes back on the line and tells me that the service company will call me later today to schedule an appointment for possibly Thursday or Friday. Again no call. I did receive a text stating that they will be here on Thursday between 8:00am and noon. No call or consideration for my schedule whatsoever. By the time they get here, if they come, my pool pump will have been off for 6 days, and who knows when it will ever be repaired.

Trying to renew my warranty on Landmark's website and it just wasn't working. Called in to the number provided and spoke with Alexander Jacobs. In under three minutes he understood my issue, fixed it and got me on a renewal plan. IMHO Landmark needs to upgrade their web page and give Alexander Jacobs a FAT raise, coffee of his choosing and whatever his favorite donut might be.

I called back & spoke to Shila who informed me there was nothing she could do to give me a better company she said all the jobs are computer generated.. I had her cancel the service call but she said I would need to call back the next day to get the refund of $60. When I called the next day I spoke with Rodger (not the call center in another country) he said he would be happy to give me another company. Why is it so difficult to get things done right when dealing with these call centers??? This has happened to me several times before

She thoroughly answered all my questions and immediately sent a copy of a detailed contract. Ms. Greenwells professionalism and the up front detailed online information swung me to purchasing a Home Warranty policy from Landmark. My ratings are based solely on my contact, online information, and ratings on US News. I have not yet used any of the services. Had an issue with my refrigerator several weeks ago. My daughter-in-law was the primary contact with Landmark and the contractor and somehow the communication broke down and we did not hear from anyone regarding this issue. She and my son moved to a new house, so I was following up on the issue, logged into the website to review the work order. I called the contact number on the work order and luckily NICOLE D. answered the call and within a day she researched the case and resolved it to my satisfaction. She was very courteous, attentive didn’t mind that I kept interrupting her. She was the right person today for me and forLandmark. Thank you Nicole!

Also thorough follow up by Landmark to ensure that their third party contractors completed the job to our satisfaction. Because the first time I needed them it was on a Saturday at noon when my heater suddenly stopped working, and having a baby and a 5 year old girl in the house, having the heater working was a priority. So I call them and they created a service ticket and said that someone would be getting in touch with us in 4 hours. What they didn't say is that the company they contacted was closed already for the weekend and they would be opening back on Monday morning. Long story short, when I found this out I cancelled my service call and I booked another company that WAS opened on Saturdays. I had to pay that out of pocket of course, it costs me $89 for a 30' easy visit.

Our purchase of the home warranty was was not totally entered through the system so she transfered me to her supervisor who also very concerned about our electrical problem. I actually had a claim 2 weeks after I purchased the contract. My water heater broke. They sent out experts and replaced my water heater with a new and better one.then, in less than a year, I had problems with my air conditioner. Forgot I had the warranty and called someone else who said the repair job would be VERY expensive. Remembered the warrant and called Landmark. They notnonlynfixed my air conditioner, they called in an electrician to completely replace the junction box from the A/C into my house. It all cost me nothing. I'm very happy with them.

Working with Sean M to get my claims addressed and fixed was a great process. The initial contractor, Drain surgeons, that showed up to perform the service acted shady and unreliable, causing more headache on top of my plumbing issues. They gave the wrong info to Landmark and wanted to bill me for the job (which cost a ton more) but I reached out to Landmark and Sean got everything sorted out and they paid for the job to be done right. Abbott plumbing fixed all my issues and were amazing to work with.

These guys are on the ball. They respond quickly. I don't get rejected on my claims like some insurances do. They emailed a copy of my contract to me, so it is very clear what they do and don't cover, which adds to my claims not being rejected. They're also very polite. If one contractor doesn't work, they immediately send out a different one to fix my issues.

I've had several service calls and repairs this year - garbage disposal, water pipe leak, pool filter, and garage door sensors. 3/4 were fantastic! The pool filter repair was not a great experience because the repair person they sent barely looked at the filter before deciding the problem was related to a non-covered item (I didn't know at the time, but there was no way he could have known that from his limited visual inspection because the broken part was under hundreds of pounds of sand.) I ended up paying a different contractor out of pocket and the filter was totally busted and should have been covered if the first guy had done his job correctly. But he was more interested in collecting his $65 and getting out of there as fast as possible. I can't really blame Landmark other than they contract with a shady pool repair guy. Otherwise, all the other contractors have been excellent.
