From customer service to installation they answered all of my questions, but also went the extra mile to not damage all my flowers in the process. From the first visit to the final cleanup, the company exemplified professionalism. Wh had an experienced team replace our roof. They were willing to stop/answer questions throughout the process, and left us with a great installation and high quality materials. It helped a lot that the sales person was wable to be here when the insurance claim adjuster performed his inspection. What also helped us was being able to finance a large portion of the cost over 18 months at 0 % interest. We had 6 copnaies bid on the job and were pleased went with Shinnova. If we ever need Solar we will only need to make a single call.

The windows are beautiful, tlmy house stays cool now, can set temp to 74 and it feels good, whereas before had to keep it at 69 to feel cool. The sliding glass door security is awesome! The response time is incredible. The installers were awesome!! All around great experience.

Shinnova installed solar, windows and doors for our home this past summer. Scheduling and installation went well. There was about of 1.5 months during the peak of summer when we did not have use of our system that we were already paying for. Service Technicians were dispatch twice for the same issue before it was finally resolved. I will say that every team member with whom we had to interact with was friendly and professional. I plan to share another review after having everything in place for a year to bump this rating from a 4 to 5
