For one, the company's availability is confusing. When scrolling through the website, consumers will come across Stones' availability, which simply states that it is available Monday through Friday, all day. It's unclear if the availability is when consumers can contact the company or if it means that the company is capable of cleaning your house all day, every day. Unfortunately, there's not more information.

We'd like to see Stones provide users with a clear timeframe for when consumers should contact the company and what hours customers can schedule an appointment. 

Additionally, there isn't a lot of information about what cleaning services the company includes in its domestic cleaning. It's safe to think that it probably includes vacuuming, dishes, laundry, wiping baseboards, etc.

However, there is no indication of what would be considered a custom cleaning service. Is a custom cleaning service something like shoveling snow? Removing hair from a drain? It's also unclear how much extra a custom cleaning service costs. Are you charged by the hour? Or for the project as a whole? There are just too many unanswered questions. 

Lastly, there is no information on guarantees or refunds. Now, Stones takes great pride in treating every home like it's their own and does its best to satisfy every customer.

However, there isn't any information on what happens if a customer isn't satisfied. Can customers expect the company to refund the cost of service? Will the company come back and finish the job to the customer's satisfaction? Again, there are just a lot of unanswered questions.
