Shinnova installed solar, windows and doors for our home this past summer. Scheduling and installation went well. There was about of 1.5 months during the peak of summer when we did not have use of our system that we were already paying for. Service Technicians were dispatch twice for the same issue before it was finally resolved. I will say that every team member with whom we had to interact with was friendly and professional. I plan to share another review after having everything in place for a year to bump this rating from a 4 to 5
