I placed an order two months ago, and my experience has been frustrating and time-consuming. The initial order was only partially sent with no information or correspondence provided as to whether the rest of the order would be coming or would be refunded. After multiple phone calls and emails spanning weeks, I finally received a resolution stating that they were refunding the remaining portion of the order and associated shipping costs (the latter at my request). Despite still needing the item, my request for a substitute product went unanswered. Repeated emails and a final phone call to customer service, where I was promised a call back the same day, yielded no results. This was over a week ago. Their guiding principle is "Everyone is Our Customer!" I write this so that "Everyone is Not Their Customer." Please save yourself valuable time and purchase from companies that appreciate your business.

If there is zero star, i would do that. This is ridiculous company. I accidentally placed an order with wrong shipping address, and right away sent email to them to request changes or fix. They didn't reply to me, and i urgently called them the next day early morning hour, they refused to change or cancel the order even though the order is not yet shipped out. I would reorder to the right shipping address, only if they cancel from their side. Now they are determined to ship to the wrong address, and of course i have nothing to do with the person who are living at that wrong address. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN

Terrible customer service. I ordered a part for my grandmother's wheel chair and they sent me the wrong part. I wrote customer service to have it replace and they sent back an email that all sales are final. Either the person responding is an incompetent or the service at this company is horrible. I have never had a company who failed to send the correct product not be willing to replace it with the correct item. I will never buy from this company again and will also be reporting them the the Better Business Bureau.

Product wasn't what I expected. The gel was so solid And densely viscous it wouldn't run but at the same time there was nothing slick about it It was just gel. Didn't provide any slick lurication at all. This likely isn't the store's fault but the product itself is completely unsatisfactory and after only 2 uses I threw it. I did read mixed reviews from other sites about the brand but I can confirm that coconut oil, water sand seven spit provides a smoother and more frictionless lubrication than this gel does.

The boxes are not strong enough!! My tp was in bags from the delivery company(I don't know which one as I was not home) on my front porch with what was left of one box and rolls were falling out of the crack of the other. I did not have time to count all the rolls so I don't know if I even got all 192.

No Customer service to talk to. Called the phone number and got a recording to use the chat online, went to the chat online and was told no one was available to call customer service. Even tried to call sales and no one would answer. Will be rethinking about ordering from your company again. Customer service is crucial and you failed!

2 deliveries of leaking ammonia - first leaking on ups truck so did not accept delivery - second leaked in plastic bag and then in my garage. Sent info and pictures to Kim S, Clean It Supply, who is out of the office - no response yet. Waiting to hear back.,
