the only thing ADT knows is how to over bill you! If you sell your house after paying ADT for many years hundreds of dollars for useless service, don't count on calling their 800# to cancel the service. 6 months after you cancel ADT will still be billing you $35/ month for useless service. Better adopt a guard dog than finance this scam outfit.

complet elies about what they would give me in the package, the agreed to replace my full system and then tried to charge me $2400 when they showed up to my hosue 4 hours earlier than they where supposed to. you can never speak to the same person 2x.

Run away. Two-three year contracts when you are renting is ridiculous. You then come to the end of your lease and are stuck w $500 early term fee. Likewise, the app and the technology are mediocre at best. Never again.. Yes, ADT, I legally signed a contract and will give you your fee....just a shameful business model for so so technology

ADT equipment continues to fail and i have co tunued to reach out. The reaponse is we will send someone out to fix our wquipment and make you pay for it. Also told multiple times battery needs changed and have changed multiple times. The company is horrible.

ADT Pulse goes off line despite our top service internet provider (they blame the internet carrier) then they blame microwave then they blame baby monitors.... after you buy and install this crap. The cameras don't capture enough angle view and, they don't pick up a second incident following the first :30 seconds....

I have called on 4 different occasions to cancel the account and request refunds of additional billing. The account was cancelled in March 2017, here it is September 2017 and I'm still getting billed but they show my account closed and CANNOT & WILL NOT refund the additional charges.

Her house is sold, telephone service is disconnected, and she is living with me--but the reps don't care. Complete run-around, after years as a loyal customer.

Horrible service and equipment! They installed a pricey equipment and after one day, half of the sensors weren't working. Called for assistance and they secluded for a technician visit and they did not show up. When I called after the scheduled time, they said they couldn't come and wanted to reschedule. Canceling their service!

We were not told upfront on the number of outlets that would be taken by the camera system. The lamp controller failed within a short time and had to be replaced. Given the expense, the outlet situation and the lack of reliability, I regret ever upgrading the Pulse

This is a mediocre security system with a high price and a contract which is unreasonable. I sold my house and got the new owners to sign up with ADT. yet, ADT is still holding me to the three year contract. This is unreasonable. The company emphasizes sales over the value of a customer.. SHame

Where do I begin? Lets just say my signature was forged on a contract with the "Authorized Dealer" and corporate won't do anything. This has been an ongoing issue for months now and nothing has gotten resolved. Billed wrong amount monthly, wrong equipment and so much more.

After being a customer for more than 20 years, my house got on fire the 14 of June 2016. The alarm never alerted the fire department because the connecting phone wires to the system were not secure. They never got the fire signal and keep sending me bills like nothing ever happened.

Way over priced, both for equipment & monthly monitoring. After 2 years of 3 year contract raised my price frpm $44 to $48. I got a mail ad from them for $28 a month. When my 3 years is up, I'm gone. There are several cheaper services. Customer services have been rude on the phone several times.
