Sold me on a motion detecting system. Install the system and the motion detecting that supposed to be in the System is not compatible with the app . DONT BUY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE AT BEST.

Out of the box hasn't looked like operating. Called Swann service/customer support, was told to download an app that doesn't open up on a MAC. Will be seeking money back. Expensive decoration on outside of house!!!!!!

Extremely slow, program freezes all the time and crashes, takes 30 minutes to watch 5 minutes of footage. Way to unreliable, will not be buying this ever again!

Purchased a Swann "security in a box" from WalMart yesterday. Could not get the cameras powered up. Tried different cables/monitors...no luck. After a day of trial and error, I phoned customer service. After a half hour on hold, I was connected to some who either had a poor connection/phone, or a speech impediment. I asked if he could get a better connection. The only word I understood was "no". Evidently a very poor attempt at quality control, followed by horrible customer service. WalMart has wasted their time marketing this product. They will get it back within 24 hours.
