I have tried multiple times to get it up and running. At best it sometimes comes up and then drops the wifi. Their support is, you call leave a message and they claim to get back with you in one business day. I am now into 2nd day and still nothing. I'm taking it back, getting a refund and try something else.

I bought three of these (indoor/outdoor), and had to return a three. It would not stay x=connected to my WiFi after about 1 day. Called customer support...their ultimate answer was to return the cameras to the store (BJs) and find another brand!! True story! I would never recommend this camera...it is junk. It is cheap for a reason!

Haven't been able to log in since February 2020 ! No response from customer service my home is not being guarded. At this time I feel filing a class action lawsuit. But if my home is ever broken into i will!

The cameras worked great until they did a firmware update, now the cameras don't work and the company doesn't answer phone calls, messages or emails. It been over 2 months trying daily to get in contact.

Guardzilla would be good if the auto guard worked on your iPhone and with no help from Guardzilla the Guardzilla system is useless. It would work for the garden shed if you had power in it that’s how bad I think it is.
