One of the first things that drew me to Blink was its affordability. With a tight budget, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Blink offered competitive pricing for their home monitoring systems. The upfront cost of purchasing the devices was reasonable, and the monthly plans were very doable, fitting easily into my budget without breaking the bank.

We bought several blink cameras after our home was broken into several years ago. They have definitely brought some peace of mind. I like that they can be controlled through the phone, and if I want to watch remotely, I can do that. It is contingent on our telephone service, which is not always a comfort. If the electricity goes out or the telephone service, then Blink goes offline. The Lithium batteries tend to die fairly quickly, and we usually have to change them once or twice a year. However, for the initial cost, I am satisfied, since there is no monthly fee.

I recently bought 4 mini cameras for my place. To monitor the outside areas from inside the house. The pictures are very good. You have several different options of length of video recording, etc If placed in a location that the sun has direct access to the camera, they do not record, for being unable to detect anything. Also, make sure your outsides are well lit, the night vision mode is good. But, in my case, the led light that comes on in night vision mode, creates a glare off the window, rendering it useless.

I purchased the 5 package system and the Blink claims the batteries lasts 2 years. However I keep getting messages saying the battery will not last for 2 years because we are using them. So basically it only last 2 years if you are not using them. Sometimes the camera goes off after something has already passed. And sometimes video is not viewable

Excellent home/office do-it-yourself home/office security system that doesn't challenge you to set up your security. Devices are fairly easy to set-up as long as instructions are followed. As I'm a tech type of person, the setup may be more difficult for people who are not familiar with technology. App to control the Blink service is easy to install and add your device(s) to and automate. Never had to contact customer service as I do most of the set-up myself, so unable to give a review for their customer service level.

I got the blink cameras during the 'prime days' and got a sweet deal for the system. The video and audio quality are good, nothing to brag about. the ease of setup, app over the phone and option to save footage locally without any monthly subscription is a huge plus over competitors. I do get some false motion triggers from heavy rain, fog and any insects in front of the cameras, but there's a setting where you can reduce the sensitivity. I would rather have one more false trigger than miss out on something important!

We have installed Blink security cameras outside at our home in the last year. We really like the notifications and the clear and precise pictures that it provides. I love the ability to speak with someone live that is outside without having to leave the house. The cameras were easy to mount and it was very cost effective. It is easy to use and has really given us a much greater sense of safety.

We go several cameras for the both indoors and out doors with also the doorbell module included in the package, yes, they were quite costly but they are worth it. we can easily monitor every movement in and out of the home even from work i can still access my camera feeds

The blink is awesome but I have to change the batteries every month. I use the lithium batteries that it recommends but they still go out fast. Other than that I like the live options and interaction where I can talk to someone through the blink.

Blink. Cameras have been a very effective and cost effective way to increase our security. The app is a little sluggish in iPhone, but aside from that it is a very good camera resolution. Installation was extremely easy even by non-text savvy people like myself.

Just acquired this product, 3 cameras, very nice resolution on all of them, good value on price compared to most other companies out there. The only thing is having to pay monthly service to monitor and record if you want, the more you want the more you pay,you can't just buy any electronics without a service charge.

I have had my Blink security system for over 1 year now. The quality of picture is great! The ease of linking 2 camera systems together was not as easy as they say it is but I finally figured it out. Overall, I am happy with the quality of the security system.

I was a bit worried when we received our system because the components felt sort of, well, cheap. but the system works quite well for what I consider a more budget friendly model. I think that is the mounting bracket was sturdier I would like that. sometimes if its fairly windy it tends to wobble but it has held just fine.

The Blink system I have set-up in my home is just awesome. I get alerts day or night right on my phone. You can see just as well with the night vision as you can in the daylight, I feel it is the best feature.

Blink is the cheapest option. Let vivint and ring for blink. Easy to use, easy to say up, sensitive cameras. Vivint is expensive, 4 ring is 3.00 a month for all of its flaws and blink is free... Gotta love it.

Blink is great. Cost effective and good quality cameras. The battery thing sucks because you have to replace them alot unless you turn you sensitivity down a lot.
