Stillwater Insurance Group

We currently use Stillwater insurance for our home insurance. We chose them because they offered the best pricing for what they would insure. I have had to contact the customer service once since using them and the representative was very professional and gave me all the information I needed.

We had been with Stillwater Insurance for the past 10+ years for our primary residence and were very happy with their service and insurance costs. They raised their premium this past year and could not compete with our new insurance company with matching coverages and deductibles. Their website is very easily navigable when getting a quote and their customer service is one of the best. I wanted to stay with them as we are loyal customers but their rates had increased over 35% and our household budget would not allow that kind of increase. We never had to file a claim with them and didn't understand the severe increase in premiums. I will keep them in mind in the future if our new present insurance company jacks up their premiums at renewal time.

My home insurance is through Geico but the company providing the home insurance is still water. This is my second year with still water and i have not yet filed any claim with them. 3 start is because they have increased the insurance cost this year even though I have not made any claims. Still there quote was the best among all the home insurance companies with which Geico works.
