My experience with this company has been awful this company has an agent they sent out to my home name Antoine T I have never felt disrespected in my 60 yrs of living I was told I needed to find me a local home insurance company by him. My claim was denied and closed and I was told why until I called after not hearing anything from him and I was giving the run around for the reason. I was then told they don't pay for pre-existing damages but this was nothing pre-existing this was their excuse of not to make my kitchen whole again. Do not spend any money with this company and I pay my account on time and checking account withdrawal. Sign: Dissatisfied and Disrespected Customer.

I tried Mercury insurance for a couple of years and I liked it very much. I left because I did not think the coverage was worth the policy cost.
