We have had a great experience with Lemonade. We have rarely had home owner’s claims, only one between 1998-2019. But due to weather in Texas, we’ve had three claims in the last year. Lemonade is so easy to work with, from buying insurance to filing claims. Customer Service is exceptional and everyone there seems very knowledgable. We usually change home insurance yearly, or at least every two years, but we will stay with Lemonade. Highly recommend!

Lemonade -- and in particular our claims agent Morgan O - made the claims process easy, quick, and painless. We were thrilled at the ease with which we could upload photos and videos, including via photos.google. The claim was approved and paid just 8 days after filing. We were hit hard by Hurricane Ida and are so grateful for our positive experience with Lemonade. Many of our friends who filed claims with other companies have still not had their claims resoled. My parents were worried when we went with Lemonade because their rates were so good and thought it might be too good to be true. We had a house fire and within 20 minutes, before the fire department even left, my claim was made, approved and a personal claims handler (I don't know what they are called) was assigned to me and she was spot on through the entirety of it. She was so quick to respond over email it felt like texts sometimes. They were also more than fair on payouts and I never felt stingy. My parents have since switched Lemonade after watching how they handled everything.

Lemonade is just delightful, from the moment you start filing a claim until the money is in your bank account, there is nothing you need to worry about. As I was going through our claim I was also filing a claim with our home warranty provider and these two are galaxies apart. Lemonade makes you like having insurance, the old school home warranty makes you question your life choices.

My experiences with Lemonade has been great. I have had to call on them twice, and each time they have come to my rescue in a timely manner rescuing me from a disaster in my home with water damage. In addition to the very reasonable rates, the customer service has been outstanding. I had to file a claim for roof damage, and they were helpful and informative along the entire way. The filing was easy and they explained what would happen, step-by-step. I didn't feel intimidated nor uninformed. I hope they are able to continue providing excellent service at competitive rates as time progresses.

I was extremely happy with how quickly Dalton responded to any questions or concerns I had. On the 27 years I have owned homes I have never filed an insurance claim. And he guided me thought the process. Talking with other neighbors who other insurance companies many of them have not heard back from their clams agent. The claims process included the thorough collection of information upfront so that I did not need to repeat anything when the adjuster was assigned. The claim was approved within a few hours and the money was in my bank account within a day. It was also explained that any of the actual costs exceeded what they estimated, to just let them know and they'd pay the difference. Super simple, efficient and fair!

I’m not gonna lie, the thought of having to file a roof damage claim on an app scared me at first. But after the initial questionnaire I got connected with Ricardo and it could not have gone any smoother. The lemonade team was very helpful and quick about sending an estimator out to assess the damage. We were informed quickly after that that We would be needing to replace our roof. Ricardo our claims adjuster was very helpful and answered all my questions very quickly throughout the whole process. No complaints!

Lemonade and Sean (Lemonade Claims Team) have been really kind and helpful in resolving our claim. He worked with a professional Inspection officer, who did a thorough a inspection of our house. The overall estimate that we received from Sean was extremely detailed. I've been using Lemonade for almost 4 years now and they've made renters insurance very easy. I wasn't sure how to go about getting renters insurance until someone mentioned Lemonade. It's been a very smooth experience! It was easy to set up an account and easy to go back in any time and change your coverage. It's all on your phone and if you need help it's easy to get a hold of someone through their chat. They even have the option for pet insurance which is really nice!

I was “stuck” with having Lemonade Insurance for some time. The company that handled the rent where I lived would sign you up, but you never really knew what you had. All you knew was that it met their standards for renter’s insurance. Once I had moved, my lease was terminated, and I assumed everything that was included went with it. After viewing my bank account, I kept getting these charges from a company called Lemonade! I had no clue who they were, and I raised hell trying to figure it out! It seemed the bank hadn’t a clue either. This went on for a few months until I got this bright idea to CALL the number associated with the charge! 💡🥴 lol I called a couple of times, unable to get through for some reason or another, and it wound up taking me about 6 months to get it figured out! I finally got through to someone who explained who they were, why I was using them and still paying; the guy had answers to every one of my questions! And strange enough, I liked everything I heard! He explained the policy and all that went with it, which was a lot more than I would ever expect to have at the price I was paying (next to nothing!)! While he was beginning the cancellation process, I had to stop him with the: “Wait! Let’s talk about this for a minute.” I had a bunch of new questions to ask, and the answers were unbelievable! Amazing! So, long story long, I wound up keeping them for my new place and was purdy happy bout it! ;) I absolutely highly recommend them for home insurance if any sort!

I really appreciated the prompt response to my initial claim . Also the claim inspector came out the next day to survey the damage and within 2 days the claim was opened. The claim was paid promptly within the week and the supplements were paid as received with documentation. Very satisfied with the lemonade experience and claim service.

Lemonade is easy to deal with. It’s all online or via app. Once you send them what they need they (in my case Phillip) contact you and give you an update on your claim.
