Overall, I have had a good experience so far with Homesite. Their customer service is quite good, as I can always get quick answers to my questions from people who seem to really care about the customer. Thankfully, I have not had any claims, so I cannot speak to that side, but their annual premium was competitive with other companies I researched before choosing them.

I used home site with my progressive rental insurance I believe they teamed up with home site to build their online portal which is very useful Very easy to operate and very easy to get a hold of customer service. home site is what it's called I hope I got the right one

I had Homesite for one year and I dropped that home insurance because I had a house fire and they were very hard to work with. The adjuster I had tried not to pay for many damaged items. I was not provided motel cost while doing repairs. Did not give me the amount of money that I had in damages and we’re very hard to deal with during my nervous break down over the fire. Definitely would not recommend this company
