Been with the company for 8 years and Have several policies under my household with them and every year they link all the other 2 policies with my account and over change me and I want to make it clear that both accounts have their own policy numbers and member ship is also different !!!! They are so unprofessional and should be fine for not keeping track of this kind of stuff it happens every year

I only had AAA Home Insurance for a short time. The reason being that they failed to process a payment I made. When they tried to contact me, I was out of the country. Rather than wait a few weeks until I returned, they terminated my insurance. I had my home and car insurance bundled so this cost me money when I returned and realized the problem because I had been without insurance and my state has a penalty if you are without auto insurance.

When it came to renew after 3 loyal years, I had a problem with what was the correct amount I should be paying, even spoke to manager and overallI got 6 different quotes and none were correct! So I canceled and had to change insurance Co. Don't want to be dealing with that when its time to renew again.👎

It is 9:15 PM as I sit on the side of I95 outside of Yulee, FL. Put a call in to AAA at 5:15. Through what appears to be many errors from many people on many phone calls, we did not have help arrive until 10 minutes ago. I’ve had AAA my entire adult life, over 35 years, and I have never been so disgusted and disappointed in my life. We were promised two different arrival times for tow trucks prior to 730. I’m completely disgusted

This was one of the worst companies I've dealt with for insurance. Hours of waiting on hold, being told they will only do certain things in-person at one of their locations. I could not cancel my policy without showing up in person to do so. Their rates were on par with other insurance companies, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
