I love the furniture at RC Willeys. The quality is great. Over the years, I have purchased Recliners, sofas, kitchen sets, and cedar chests. As great as the furniture is, its very expensive. Also picking up the furniture at the warehouse isn’t a fast process. For my last purchase, I waited for almost 45 mins while the workers brought out a single sofa.

Pricing is deceptive and inconsistent across multiple visits to the site for the same product. Not just the same class of product, but the exact same make/model number. And not sale prices, but the supposed "base price" did not stay the same from one visit to the next.

I recently purchased a chair from RC Willey and my experience was just average. The store staff were helpful and the delivery was on time, but the quality of the product wasn't up to my expectations. I expected more for what I paid. Overall, it was an okay experience, but not something that made me want to come back again.
