I have purchased my sofa from RC Wiley years ago and everything was great. I went in to look at chairs a week ago and I ended up waiting for about 30 to 40 minutes before anyone came to see if I need help. There was only 1 couple in the store that I could see. There were 4 employees standing together talking and laughing totally ignoring me. Finally when the salesman came over he was so rude I ended up walking out. I was very disappointed because my sofa has lasted through 2 kids and 4 grandkids. The quality was very good that’s why I wanted to buy at RC Willey again.

The couch, sectional and dresser bought from here just fell apart! I will never go here for furniture, may appliances and electronics but not furniture.

Our table looked nice for a few weeks but soon got many cratches. Then the legs of the chairs started falling off.
