I recently bought a sofa from Pottery Barn and had a very pleasant experience. The ordering process was fairly simple and the customer service team was polite and helpful. The product itself is great quality and looks just like it did online. My only issue is that delivery took longer than expected, which resulted in me giving Pottery Barn a 3 star review. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase.

I went into the local Pottery Barn in Omaha, Nebraska. One of the staff members was very rude and acted like I wasn’t worthy of shopping there! I did buy a wedding gift there from a registry but it’s doubtful. I will ever go back to that location.

Nice furniture but over-priced and the extreamly high cost of shipping to certain areas of the country make purchasing prohibitive.
