Pottery Barn is a #1 destination for high end furniture and household goods. The pieces carried are of a high quality nature, and it's not so cookie-cutter as some retail establishments. Pottery Barn appeals to a refined taste, and certainly appeals to great decorating with functional art. If you want high end pieces, Pottery Barn certainly has them.

One of my favorite places for high quality home decor that is made to last a lifetime. All of the pieces are classy and well made adding a cozy touch to my home. I love their bedding and pillows as well. I currently still use a white down alternative duvet insert and down alternative pillows that I purchased in 2012. They are still bright white, soft, in tact, and fluffy.

I chose Pottery Barn's high quality, burnished leather dining chairs to pair with my new live edge table. I ordered online, was sent an arrival date, followed by a notice to schedule delivery. All went smoothly throughout the process, chairs arrived on time, were very well packaged and were set up by two very competent and courteous men. The chairs are beautiful, sturdy and comfortable. They are shown here in my dining room. The result is as good as I could have hoped for.

Who doesn't love Pottery Barn? They had the perfect bedding to make my little guy's room AWESOME! We also found the shelves that are sturdy and great looking, to store his collectables and books. I have shopped Pottery Barn for many years. I did have the credit card and used it for lots of purchases due to the exemplary reward program. There was however a mix up in a purchase that I had made. The card was several times for one item and I wound up losing a $50 reward in the process of straightening it out. I stopped purchasing from Pottery Barn after that.

Expensive. Had to save for the sofa we wanted. But it was worth it. It's beautiful and huge and great quality. Cleans up great and lasts through endless wear and tear from the kids. Delivery was professional and helped set it up too. It's washable too!

We purchased about half our home from Pottery Barn. About half of it has held up exceptionally well and the other half has been severely disappointing. The living room furniture is beyond solid. The kids furniture (crib, bed, bookshelf) has been constantly breaking.

The product itself is great quality and looks just like it did online. My only issue is that delivery took longer than expected, which resulted in me giving Pottery Barn a 3 star review.
