Items are shipped within 5 to 10 business days and delivered to the designated threshold. The second option is referred to as 'White Glove Delivery'. Along with delivery to the destination, this option includes assembling fixtures in the home, removal and disposal of packaging, and placement of furniture up to one flight of stairs. White Glove Delivery is an additional $150 to the total purchase cost for majority of customers. It also takes 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Houston based customers have the ability to utilize this service at a discounted rate of only $99. White Glove Delivery is a convenient option for individuals who do not want to assemble items or take care of moving heavy furniture themselves. High Fashion Home offers customers a wide selection of furniture, fabrics, lighting, and accessories including art, rugs, drapery, clocks, bedding, and others. The team at High Fashion Home prides itself on providing high quality items in a variety of styles to fit the needs of every home. High Fashion Home currently is unable to ship to U.S. states and territories outside of the continental U.S. They are also unable to ship internationally. This currently places significant limitations on the clientele who can access their inventory. High Fashion Home gives customers a very small window to make returns. Most items must be returned within 10 days of receiving the item. All products must be in the same condition they were in at the time of purchase. Smaller items, such as packaged accessories, can be returned within 30 days as long as they are returned in the original packaging. Customers may also be charged a 20% restocking fee when returning furniture and rugs. 60,000 products are available for purchase at the High Fashion Home store located in Houston, Texas. Of these 60,000 products only 4,000 are featured on the High Fashion Home website. This significantly limits the inventory available to individuals shopping outside of Texas.
