I bought a crate and barrel couch 2 years ago, the covers on the couch are coming unstitched. I reached out to crate and barrel regarding this and they said that it would be covered under warranty, although they are careful to not publicize that information. I had moved since purchased and they said no longer covered under warranty for the stitching on a cushion coming undone. I would understand if in move had been damaged and would have never contacted them, however this is a quality issue of the product they sold. Unfortunately, they have lost a customer now due to this lack of service and poor workmanship. I can find better quality products and company transparency elsewhere.
