We purchased a Gather sectional from Crate & Barrel with a performance fabric. After a year, a little water spilled on it and we had these stains from that on the couch. We tried to blot it and not smear the stains but it didn't work. We contacted customer service and they were rude and condescending, while also sending screenshots saying the product is not performance fabric, when the screenshot clearly shows performance.

Bought an office chair, final sale. All the ball bearings started falling out within the first year. Crate and Barrel refused to provide me with replacement parts since the chair was out of stock and refused to replace it with an equivalent chair or offer a refund on a defective item. They offered me a $100 gift card on a $600 chair.
