I have owned my Sumner dining room table, along with six Napoleon chairs for almost three years now, and they are just as perfect as when I first purchased them. The table is solid wood and remarkable. The chairs are comfy and sturdy. I feel that I have completely got my money's worth with these products. I adore them and would highly recommend RC Willey!

RC Willey has been a pleasure to do business with. Soon after a divorce, RC Willey allowed me to establish credit so that I could replace the furniture that went with my "ex". This allowed me to purchase a sofa, end tables, kitchen table, washer & dryer. I even got my first PC then! The sales associate who assisted me was SO helpful and was kind to my 2 small children. I returned to that particular store many times so I could work with that same sales associate. Hevwas extremely knowledgeable about all the products I considered and never tried to influence my choices or hurry me out of the store.

We were just there two days ago buying a dryer. We go there often for appliances But we have also bought furniture and carpeting. I love their warrantee department. You buy it through them and if you have a problem you just give them a call and they help you right out. Most of the salesman have been good and not too pushy. Always go on Labor Day weekend as it is has the best sales but that has never stopped us from buying something on other times.Will definitely be back and our next big buy is going to be a couch. They’re super cute and price is good.Sometimes if you really shop around you can find a little bit better of a deal on something but generally it’s not worth having to go to a ton of stores to save $10 on one item. Also usually the things are in stock or will be there by the next day so that is for sure a plus

I have always been satisfied with my furniture, appliances, stereo equipment, etc. Recently I purchased a new dishwasher and I am really enjoying my LG dishwasher and the price I paid.

Have always bought our couch from RC Wiley and we get it with the cleaning service and it is the best. They clean your couches whenever you want! 5 kids makes it worth it. The sales people can be pushy. We have an entertainment center from them and it is huge! It's sturdy and its beautiful. Delivery was smooth and not damaging. They removed old furniture too.

Pricing is deceptive and inconsistent across multiple visits to the site for the same product. Not just the same class of product, but the exact same make/model number. And not sale prices, but the supposed "base price" did not stay the same from one visit to the next.

We have a gorgeous, beautifully crafted armoire that houses our TV, but looks amazing all closed up. We have used RC Willey for the past 20 years and have bought everything from couches, bedroom sets, televisions, washers and Dryers, refrigerators and freezers. Their furniture is nice and their appliance options are great. They have a 0% financing option that we have used many times and have been extremely please with. Sales people are friendly and knowledgable. We also have been please with their warranty department. When we needed to get a replacement on an appliance it was a fairly simple process and we were pleased with the outcome.

We had a couch we bought from rc willey for 15 years and it was super comfortable and held the test of time. When we went back to look for a new couch, the quality wasn’t near what it used to be. The couch felt cheap and not sturdy. The salesman was also on his phone half the time. We ended up getting a couch from somewhere else that had much better quality but the same price

I love shopping at RC WILLEY. I have bought several pieces of furniture there and their customer has always been great. They have their own credit service which offers 18 months same as cash. I do feel like their stuff can be a little on the expensive side, but the quality is usually awesome, so spending the extra money is usually worth it. RC Willey’s will always be one of my stores that I will continue to shop at for my furniture needs.

We have purchased many items from RC Willey. Over the years we have found their pricing to be competitive and the quality of their merchandise can be good. They offer a wide variety of furnishings and their "higher end" items are as good as most stores will provide. We have been very happy with their customer service. Recently we had to return a recliner that was not holding up to our liking and they gladly took it back and gave us credit toward another purchase. They are also willing to sometimes negotiate a bit on pricing which has saved us money. A good place to shop!

I love the furniture at RC Willeys. The quality is great. Over the years, I have purchased Recliners, sofas, kitchen sets, and cedar chests. As great as the furniture is, its very expensive. Also picking up the furniture at the warehouse isn’t a fast process. For my last purchase, I waited for almost 45 mins while the workers brought out a single sofa.

I have purchased my sofa from RC Wiley years ago and everything was great. I went in to look at chairs a week ago and I ended up waiting for about 30 to 40 minutes before anyone came to see if I need help. There was only 1 couple in the store that I could see. There were 4 employees standing together talking and laughing totally ignoring me. Finally when the salesman came over he was so rude I ended up walking out. I was very disappointed because my sofa has lasted through 2 kids and 4 grandkids. The quality was very good that’s why I wanted to buy at RC Willey again.
