I always love going in to Crate&Barrel. It's exciting to see all the kitchen options that they offer. One time my mom and I went to Crate&Barrel while we were on vacation. They had a good sale going and we didn't want to miss out. Crate&Barrel packaged everything up for us and shipped it to our homes. They had great customer service and carry great products.

My favorite home goods store! Not only is everything incredibly high quality, it's just plain beautiful to look at. This is my first stop for any necessary items for my home, and especially for holidays. My husband and I selected some glasses for our wedding registry, and being the clumsy person I am, I have dropped them countless times. Not a single one has broken! I feel that overall, the prices for items may seem high, but for the quality, I would pay it over and over again. (And I do - I will be picking up an order from CB tonight in order to prepare for Thanksgiving!)

Bought an office chair, final sale. All the ball bearings started falling out within the first year. Crate and Barrel refused to provide me with replacement parts since the chair was out of stock and refused to replace it with an equivalent chair or offer a refund on a defective item. They offered me a $100 gift card on a $600 chair.

I bought a crate and barrel couch 2 years ago, the covers on the couch are coming unstitched. I reached out to crate and barrel regarding this and they said that it would be covered under warranty, although they are careful to not publicize that information. I had moved since purchased and they said no longer covered under warranty for the stitching on a cushion coming undone. I would understand if in move had been damaged and would have never contacted them, however this is a quality issue of the product they sold. Unfortunately, they have lost a customer now due to this lack of service and poor workmanship. I can find better quality products and company transparency elsewhere.

It is on trend with today's styles, but also has a very timeless, classic feel to it, and I will be able to use it for many years to come. I used Crate&Barrel for my wedding registry and they were great to work with. They made returns easy even if you could not find the receipt. They gave us 10% off of anything we still needed to buy that we did not receive, and all their products are higher quality. Be aware though that some of their merchandise is very pricey and not worth it.
