Their unique collection of home décor and furniture is targeted toward individuals who enjoy signature pieces that add artistic flair to the home. Anthropologie offers customers 17 different furniture collections in 150 fabric color options. Their large selection of furniture and home décor offers unique pieces which add style to any home.

Anthropologie offers a large category selection of high quality home décor and furniture options. Consumers can search through 11 different category options which include new arrivals, furniture, bedding and bath, kitchen and dining, room and wall décor, rugs, curtains, lighting, hardware organization and storage, garden and outdoor, books and gifts. In addition, Anthropologie allows customers to narrow their category searching for products specific to room, brand, or stylist picks. Their most recent House and Home Lookbook is also available for consumers to view showcasing pairings of Anthropologie products to provide consumers with style and decorating ideas. The customer service team at Anthropologie makes it easy for consumers to receive help when shopping their store. Customer service may be reached via email through the contact us tab on Anthropologie's website. Those wishing to speak directly with a customer service representative may call 1-800-309-2500 any time between 7 a.m. to midnight EST seven days a week. A sales tab is featured on the front page of the Anthropologie website where products in each of the home décor and furniture product categories may be found at greatly discounted prices. Their discounted items give consumers an opportunity to obtain Anthropologies high quality and stylish products. Anthropologie products may be returned any time after purchase via mail with the exception of furniture and oversized items. Furniture and oversized items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Products with a defect may be returned up to 1 year of the purchase date. A complimentary pick up may be scheduled for items delivered through the Anthropologie delivery service by contacting customer service. Items delivered via UPS must be shipped by the consumer to a return shipping address. Anthropologie currently has over 175 stores throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe. They also have an online European store making it easy to purchase and ship products anywhere in the United Kingdom.

We were unable to find any specific warranty information through the Anthropologie website. Specific warranties may be available based on the product. Consumers searching for warranty information will need to contact customer service with questions regarding specific products. Anthropologie does not offer free shipping. Standard shipping cost on items up to $49 is $6.99. Shipping costs range then range from $8.95 to $15.95 dependent on the cost. Anthropologie has recently added an unlimited furniture delivery section to their inventory where consumers can purchase items shipped at a flat rate of $149 regardless of the amount of furniture purchased. This does allow consumers searching for a large quantity of furniture products a more cost effective shipping price.

Anthropologie? You mean every woman's dream home decor emporium? This place is spectacular. Unique treasures line the walls, and their website busts at the seams with beautiful and one-of-a-kind items. Yes, the price is steep. But the items cannot be duplicated for quality and consistency. It's worth it to at least browse and spark your imagination.

Anthropologie is the best in the game. No other stores compare to their unique products, and their quality lives up to the hype. Sure, it's pricey, but the dupes cannot compare and their maximalist style is vibrant, warm and inviting, unlike any other stores. I love going in here, and my husband knows it, so every holiday, I receive an Anthropologie gift card. I've never been disappointed by their products, and in the event something doesn't absolutely live up to its promise, their customer service is quick to make up for it!

Anthropologie is one place I don't mind spending quite a bit of money. The quality of the clothing, candles, and home decor is unbeatable and so cute! If you've never smelt their signature "volcano" candle you are missing out.

There customer service and quality is horrible. I have spent so many hours trying to track down a table that was sent is June, after two previous tables were delivered damaged. It's September and I still don't have it. They make me feel like it is my fault they can't find it. It has been a super frustrating experience. They never call back when they say they will. It's a nightmare. Should stick to clothing.

Received broken items 3 times, still not received, it's been 5 months since original purchase, now they ask to cancel the order! Imagine taking a vacation day just to receive a piece of furniture and receiving a destroyed version instead of the image you buy online instead of a solid, legitimate piece of furniture.... and it happens 3 times. Horrible store. Buy somewhere else.

I ordered a handcarved managerie buffet as a treat to myself and it comes damaged. The magnetic strip is broken off and I found it lodged inside one of the other cabinets. I paid $2398.40 for this piece and waited months for it. Now I have to wait another 2-3 months for it to be replaced? 2 Thousand something dollars is not a small amount of money. This wasn't the first time I've received damaged furniture either. I keep hoping that it was just a mistake and that they won't disappoint me again but I really have to say something now.

I wanted to change the delivery date after order an item. It was just an hour ago and it was before shipping. However, their policy was so strict and nothing can be changed. The customer service manager just kept telling me "I am sorry, nothing I can do for you. It is your responsibility to read T/C before you order." It is so frustrating situation;;

INGRAM DRESSER- SAVE YOUR MONEY! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FURNITURE WAS MADE OUT OF GARBAGE. WORKMANSHIP VERY POOR. LOOKED GREAT IN THE PICTURE BUT WHEN THEY DELIVERED IT, IT WAS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. TOTALLY DIFFERENT COLOR- NOT GRAY AT ALL. IT WAS BROWN AND DARK. I REFUSED IT.
