I feel like the quality of furniture is a mix between IKEA and RC WIlley. More expensive and better quality than IKEA But not as good as RC Willey. The couch we bought lasted years. Good choice for those looking for something that will work for middle to low class.

Bought an ottoman from Ashley during a sale. It had clean lines and beautiful texture. It was comfortable to sit and put your feet on. It had storage. Texture ended up being annoying to clean. It was a good price and it fit our needs.

We bought a dining set from Ashley over 12 years ago and we still love it. It isn't in perfect condition, but it was solid wood and very sturdy and stylish. I like going to the Ashley Furniture store to see their products, but I don't like how their salespeople follow you around too much. I find myself reluctant to go in because of the pressure.

We bought a china hutch from Ashley. We shopped around for a specific style and price and ended here. It's mostly been for decoration, not really being "used" but rather "seen" -- but it's held up really well. Some of the glass pieces feel cheap, but it hasn't mattered much. Happy overall!

They’re ok. The prices are ok. Nothing special about this store. Their warranty process makes it really tough to actually get anything fixed so don’t rely on that as a selling point.

Ashley Furniture used to have good quality furniture. But now it's extremely poor quality these days. About 12-13 years ago, my now ex-husband and I bought a bed from Ashley and it was great and it lasted us many years. But when you go to the store now, you can tell they skip corners and take short cuts and make cheaper quality furniture. I won't ever buy furniture there again because I think the quality is really poor and if I'm going to spend a lot of money on furniture, I want to get what I pay for. Good quality furniture that will last a long time.

Delivery took almost a month when told two week. Furniture was damaged. It took them almost two weeks to respond. Then said we will order you another piece to replace the damage. Still haven't seen anything as of yet. It's been over a week.

Applied to build credit.. Paid back $1100 before the year was up. Made last payment March of this year.. They closed my account even though I never missed a payment paid on time and early. Said because my other card ratio were high even though it reported a 100% on time payments for over a year. I personally Believe it's because I hadn't used the card in 6 months . If this how you reward good paying customers I don't need it

Despite sitting on the exact couch we wanted in the store, they still managed to send us the wrong color. We had to refuse the couch upon delivery. When we called up support, they said the color that we wanted was at least 2 months on backorder so we canceled and they held on to our money for another week before refunding our money.

I recently went in to Ashley and was disappointed to find that there was not one item I would consider buying. I was looking for a fairly simple sectional couch. They are not up to date with current styles and they quality doesn't seem up to par. Everything is very outdated. I will not be returning.

First they tried to sell me furniture for much more than website prices, then when called about cracked 40 dollar lamp from 2200 dollar order, was assured I would get a phone call from manager after two calls. Didnt happen. Emailed corp, no response. No time for games. I'll eat it and take my business elsewhere. The bigger a company gets, the more they could care less. They put more energy into proclaiming great customer service than actually providing it.

I rate design furniture 3 stars because in my experience they are helpful but most of the inventory is high priced. I bought a off brand couch from them and it wasnt a terrible deal , but the couch has been slowly falling apart.. it wasn't the mechanical mechanisms it was the crappy wood and build that has them falling apart

I bought a couch recently from Ashely Furniture and although the price was great, the quality isn't. The fabric on the back is pulling away and when you sit in a particular spot there is a creek and sounds as if the couch is going to fall apart. They sell great looking products but the quality doesn't seem to be reliable.

We got the best leather couch and it is huge. We paid for the warranty on it and that we would also getting leather cleaner and conditioner whenever we needed it. Last time we went to refill it they told us they would no longer honor this. Very disappointing.

The console tables that we purchased had cheap thin laminate so it came apart very shortly after purchasing them. We would not shop at Ashley for future furniture purchases.
